  • Love it!!! I've seen it Twice !!!

by Anonymous on 2014-10-27Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

We saw it ...Loved it. We were told by friends (of friends) who saw it, and loved it... So we took our friends to it. Then we took our same friends another trip to Vegas and the in-laws . Now my Mother in law ( who was not interested in going originally and kept complaining and wanted to give her tickets away so she could gamble) are now going to see it again with their friends. We walk out of there after we've seen it twice and said we would go again. I would love to see thier other shows too. Its a must see in my opinion. PS we went with 12 other people who all felt the same. Its an adult show content. My recommendation that you don't sit in the front row. You are a target for the humour and you might get kicked in the face ( although it has never happened that I know of) From the roller skater part. IT IS A MUST SEE !!!

  • A COOL SHOT OF ABSINTHE!

by Moolie on 2014-10-14Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Ive seen near every show in Las Vegas over the last many years. Strangely Absinthe never showed up on my radar screen. Probably since it gets marketing and is held in a very small venue in front of Caesars. However i will day that this show is Sensational!!! It is the most peculiar, funny and intriquing show on the strip. In part a circus, in part a Nasty Show, In part a Freak Show, this spectacle is a MUST SEE. If amazing talent blended with raunchy off color humor and crazy antics is up your alley, well then a cool shot of Absinthe is just the right medicine. Trust me.. this show is the most entertaining spectacle on the strip! I cant wait to see it again!

  • Funny Funny Funny!

by Mehran on 2014-09-23Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

i found the mixture of RUDE humour with your "typical Las Vegas Acrobatic stuff" very entertaining … i recommend "Absinthe" over beautiful elaborate "cirque du soleil" productions (most of them!!)

  • by Anonymous on 2014-09-13Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

One of the funniest and craziest shows I've seen! This is not for the faint of heart, or the easy-to-offend; a lot of swearing and inappropriate jokes (but they're hilarious). Beer prices are cheaper than arena pricing in Canada; would recommend a seat by the bar.

  • Absinthe....Highly entertaining

by Karma71 on 2014-09-11Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

I recommend Absinthe for those who are looking to be highly entertained by a circus/comedy act. This show offers sexually charged circus acts and a lot of politically incorrect humor so do not attend if you are easily offended. All seats are close to the action but I highly recommend seating at the tables on the perimeter as these spots are more spacious and offer an elevated view of everything.

  • Excellent

Amazing show, best we've ever seen, laughed so hard! Ace!!!!

  • by Anonymous on 2014-08-12Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Hands down, the very best show in Vegas! I have seen it twice now and would pay to see it every time I visit Las Vegas.

  • Best Show Ever

by Hales24 on 2014-08-03Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

I have been going to Vegas for the last 30 yrs. This was by far the funniest show i have seen. Would go back tomorrow. The main actors are priceless. This show is not for everyone. If you are easily offended do not go to this show.

  • Absinthe is a modern burlesque w/ acrobatic flair

by Messecity on 2014-05-03Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

Most of the act is conducted on a tiny circle in the middle of the spiegeltent without safety nets. The strength and skill of the acrobats is on par with Cirque performers. The coarse and often crude humour was intertwined with true comic wit. Warning: foul language and explicit sexual references

  • Absinthe was awesome

by Gray99 on 2014-05-03Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

From the moment you walk into the tent you get the feeling of the intimacy of this venue. You will laugh, be awestruck at the acrobatics, laugh more, be amazed at the strength of the performers and laugh even more. Every penny spent on seeing this amazing show was well worth it. Highly recommend this show.

  • Outstanding show.

by wb77 on 2014-04-18Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

First, do not go to this show if you do not enjoy edgy comedy as other reviews are spot on about the racial and sexual jokes, explicit language, and fun being made of audience members in the front rows. If you go the show then are disappointed by any of this, it's your fault for dropping this much on a show and not having done your research. If you enjoy the above, you MUST see this show. The comedy is only one, small aspect. The actual performances were amazing. Incredible acrobatics stripped down and presented purely without the over the top spectacle of Cirque shows. You'll see perhaps the most beautiful piece of acrobatics mixed with modern dance elements you could imagine. That's just one example. And the atmosphere! A small tent out front of Cesar's gives an intimacy to the performance that's rare in Vegas, with every seat offering good views and the first couple rows putting you essentially beside the performers. I'd recommend the table seating around the back wall as up close may be too close and you will be made fun of. The most enjoyable show I've seen in years, and much better than the Cirque show at Aria which I saw one night earlier.

  • An odd show

by ringyding on 2014-04-18Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 2 out of 5

I would not recommend this show. It was an odd combination of crass humour and talented balancing performers. The venue was sleazy and uncomfortable. The folding metal chairs were not fitting for an expensive Vegas show. My neck was sore from looking up all the time. The humour was crude and rude and sometimes funny. To mix that in with talented performers was very odd. The performers were good but it was much of the same - balancing on each other, on a tight rope or twisting from a central rope. The show was just over 90 minutes and we did not feel like it was money well spent at all.

  • Second time and still hilarious!

by Mom345 on 2014-04-16Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Very funny. Would recommend anyone heading to Vegas to see it.

  • by Anonymous on 2014-04-04Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Simply amazing. Very funny along with a whole lot of talent. Only issue is that seating is very uncomfortable.

  • Absinthe was fantastic!

by vantravelbug on 2014-03-26Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Absinthe is a mix of flawless acrobatic entertainers (cirque du soleil level), burlesque, outrageously funny and wildly inappropriate hosts and raucous fun. Perfectly adult and innovative. The stage is intimate, the show is brilliantly staged and this is a "must see" event.

  • Absinthe was awesome

by vantravelbug on 2014-03-24Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

The level of performers combined with the outrageous comedy of the two show leaders made for a night of true Las Vegas first class fun and entertainment.

  • Overpriced and underwhleming.

by Anonymous on 2014-03-04Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 1 out of 5

We went to this show because it was so highly rated. I found it to be racist, mean-spirited, and kind of amateurish. If you have seen anything by CIrque du Soleil, nothing you see here will make you gasp.

  • Not as good as I was expecting!!

by Prick on 2014-02-28Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 3 out of 5

The show was not as great as I was told it was! Really over the top crude.... The chairs were uncomfortable and the drinks were outrageously priced! The performers were very good though :)

  • Hilarious

by Ashley83 on 2014-02-18Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

I went in w high expectations given the reviews and was not dissapointed. The acts are so impressive and the humor makes it all the better. Not the MOST comfortable seats - but otherwise great!

  • Absinthe at Caesars - ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

by Truf1012 on 2013-11-26Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

If you like a touch of vulgarity with your comedy and acrobatic feats, then this is the show for you..fantastic performers, great comedy and just enough audience interaction that it's not boring or uncomfortable..the tent is really a great setting being close to the performers so you always have a good view of everything going on..highly recommend and I would probably go see it again. We giggled about parts of it for day's after.
