  • Great concert, nice venue

by Ivet on 2023-08-31Rating: 4 out of 5

Everything was good, except the entrance was not consistent. The venue was clearly marked that no food or water, or large bags were allowed in, however plenty of people went in with bottled water, refillable bottles and large bags. Had I known, I'd have brought my water bottle in, instead of throwing it out before lining up. There was very little option for drinks, and definitely all too pricey.

  • Amazing band. Amazing Lead Singer

    by Mike T H on 2023-08-31Rating: 5 out of 5

It was awesome seeing Alvvays live at the Budweiser Stage. Hearing Molly Rankin live is just a pleasure to listen to. This band needs more recognition than I think they get. They are one of the few bands I can listen to all of their albums over and over again. It is only a matter of time before they are selling out Scotiabank Arena. I can’t wait to see them again.

  • I love Alvvays!

by Matt on 2023-08-31Rating: 5 out of 5

Alvvays is my favourite band and this was my first time seeing them live and they killed it! I was so impressed and it only strengthened my love of their music. Thank you for a wonderful night, Alvvays!

  • Alvvays

    by Roy49 on 2023-03-20Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Great band, clear sound and, as Alvvays at the Commodore, the best atmosphere.

  • Sound was not good

by Actionwhere on 2023-03-19Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 2 out of 5

Alvvays sounds great on their albums. But at the Commodore, there seemed to be something wrong with the sound mixing. We left halfway through the concert, because we couldn't listen to it any longer....

  • Great vocals and sound

Wonderful energy and vibe. Would highly recommend and see again.

  • Amazing artists, horrible venue staff

by Guy on 2023-03-19Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

Very good performances by Alvvays and opening act Big Rig! So glad I was able to see Alvvays play live. The door staff at the Commodore Ballroom were among the worst people I have ever encountered. Brutal, brutal treatment to patrons. Wildly unbelievable and terrible.

  • Phenomenal experience

by Schlenty on 2023-03-13Coors Event Centre - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

The Alvvays show was phenomenal, absolutely incredible band. Molly’s voice is absolutely amazing!! The band is tight and you can tell from they’re many hours of playing. Love bands that have backing vocals by multiple members. Highly recommend this Canadian band. They drew a younger crowd that seemed very respectful overall. They was no fighting or crazy yelling going on. Brent W.

  • Great band, terrible venue

    by J. P. on 2023-03-12Coors Event Centre - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

Terrific show, band was chill but engaged, everyone played well, great mix of old and new songs. We missed the opening band, Big Rig, because this venue has a really lousy habit of making patrons stand outside for ages while they put everyone through an absurdly slow line. It was -13, -23 with the windchill. Ridiculous.

  • Nothing but love

They were so amazing. Grateful to have been able to see them. Life is too short do yourself a favor ,buy the concert ticket 🎫

  • Clear and Tight

by Alvvaysafanmaybebias on 2023-03-08London Music Hall - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

First of all, London Music Hall makes you lineup in the back of the venue, closer to the graffiti spagheddy eddy alleyway. There's another marquee behind the venue. This was a little confusing but getting into the venue was fine. Going to a concert at this hall was nice. The opener Disq was entertaining on stage with various wild stage antics along with tight playing. Alvvays was amazing! BUT it seemed like only six people in the crowd knew more than one song from them which kind of killed the live energy atmosphere. Even Molly (frontwoman from Alvvays) was like "you guys are quiet". Maybe Alvvays could have tried to get the crowd involved more in a singalong which could have brought more energy into the crowd. I understand that this is not Alvvays' thing. Still left happy and enjoyed both Disq's and Alvvays' live set. Hoping they make a trip out to Hamilton, Ontario next time that would probably have more fans that know Alvvay's songs than the London, Ontario crowd.

  • FANTASTIC

by Enis on 2023-03-07London Music Hall - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Great show! Sound was amazing and their songs sounded great live. Definitely will be checking them out whenever they're in town.

  • Great show, better without Ticketmaster

by Matt on 2023-03-07London Music Hall - LondonRating: 4 out of 5

Third time seeing the band, Great venue, decent drinks prices. BUT I would love to stop using Ticketmaster. The fees are insane for the service they provide. A monopoly in every sense of the word.

  • Fun and chill

    by P. U. on 2023-03-07Bronson Centre - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

The theatre was a nice size and the vibe was overall fun but not too much going on, just super chill and vibey

  • Excellent

by Jack on 2023-03-06MTELUS - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

One of those band who are somehow much better live than in the studio... Great from start to finish

  • Amazing experience

    by Mikey-72 on 2023-03-06MTELUS - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

The band performed with passion and I was mesmerized through the whole show! Opener was a great surprise too

  • Just go see them

by Shehnila on 2023-03-05Bronson Centre - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

If you’re reading this, buy that ticket. The band sounds amazing and seeing them live just cemented my love. If you don’t mind me, I’ll be putting Blue Rev on repeat just to chase that high.

  • Alvvays keep you wanting more

    by Gogglespi007 on 2022-12-19History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The opening act Slow Pulp came out with a set of original music with strong lead vocals from Emily Massey and was an awesome addition to the show. To finish the night, Alvvays came out on the mark with their brilliant melodies playing a mixture from all three albums. They sucked the "hometown" audience in and left us wanting more.

  • ALVVAYS IS THE BEST

by cletus on 2022-12-19History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Super good show, alvvays sounds the same live as they do on their recorded tracks

  • Decent show

by DEF on 2022-12-18History - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Decent show but not great. Venue amazing. Band kind of pushed through their set like they were on a deadline. Not the best audience interaction but not the worst either!
