    Such a disappointment!

by JBod on 2016-12-03Rogers Place - Edmonton

It's an event I wish I missed and money I wish I wouldn't of spent. I love comedy raunchy or clean but the humour was brutal and the show was so short I felt like it was a waste of time!

Show was ok. Amy was funny, but tickets were $145 and she was on stage for 55 min :(

The opening comedy act was absolutely terrible but Amy was hilarious.

    Funny but short

by MRBILL on 2016-12-03Rogers Place - Edmonton

I knew what to expect from an Amy Schumer show when I bought the tix. She was as funny as the crazy skits she does on her TV show Inside Amy. Hilarious to the detail about every aspect of being a woman in today's society. However, the 20 min. opening act of jazz music was a waste of time & money ! What was that all about ? Sure wish Amy would've added that portion to her segment. She was only on stage for 65 min. Considerably shorter than the Jerry Seinfeld show I also just recently seen come thru Edmonton. "maybe" if she comes back she should look at re-structuring her skit. Just saying.

    Amy Schumer

I attended Amy Schumer at Rogers Place in Edmonton, in the lower bowl. Good sight lines, and sound. Her humour is oriented toward the female body and sex. Women seem to connect with her style better than men, as many may have shared familiar circumstance3s in their sex life. Very entertaining

    Great Show!

by zabbee on 2016-12-02Scotiabank Saddledome - Calgary

Amy was really great. The opening act was good and the opening comedian was very very funny. My husband and I had a good time and laughed out loud a lot! We really enjoyed her show but we did find it a bit short. The opening act was on just a little after 8pm and Amy was done by 9:45pm.

Amy Schumer was everything we expected and more! Sexy, sassy, smart, and smart-ass! I'd see her in concert over and over again.

Too Crude... Not worth the money

    by Mille27 on 2016-11-29Scotiabank Saddledome - Calgary

I love Amy Schumer! I have watched every clip on youtube, and her tv show on comedy central... but this was a let down. I almost left early because the first half was way to crude for my blood. I knew what I was getting into, having seen her show but at times it just wasn't funny. I paid $150 for my seats and next time I will just stay home in my PJs and watch her on T.V. or watch something else.

Amy Schumer was (and is) incredible as always!!!

by TenaciousAD on 2016-10-10Joe Louis Arena - Detroit

Amy came out with guns a blazing (a tribute to her touching, but still funny second half of comedy which discussed gun violence and the election) leaving us in stiches with our sides hurting from the laughter of her creative, crass and intuitive views on life, relationships and being a woman in the 21st century. I as a man love and appreciate her up-front, care-free attitude on just being her. Love her and will see her any and every time she is in town, or close by.

    Really Good

    by ComedyReview99 on 2015-06-22Massey Hall - Toronto

Really great, the first three (Rob, I had never heard of and he was awesome, and I have always wanted to see Colin Quinn and Dave Attell, they did not disappoint and were amazing). Unfortunately the second part of the show was not as good. judd Apatow had done his entire bit on Jimmy Kimmel the week before, and it was lame both times. I was really disappointed with him. Amy, similar thing, saw her working on this material on late night talk shows. But regardless she is tremendous and so good with delivery that even if you know the joke, she is still entertaining. I understand comics testing material, but don't do your whole bit on a major late night program that the majority of your audience likely watched.

Most stand up comics have someone unknown and not that great open for them but this show was filled with so many great comics! It was amazing!

Trainwreck Tour Certainly Wasn't a Wreck

by Ratfinkle on 2015-06-20Massey Hall - Toronto

This was a great mix of talent. The show was well organized to build the mood up to Amy's performance. The audience was a mix of ages showing the flexibility of the artists. The low point was Judd Apatow's bit which was really just him bragging about the amount of money he had and name dropping. It didn't help when he ignored the light and stayed on the stage longer than his allotted time. I suspect this was intentional as the huge jump in quality of material and delivery between him and Amy made Amy's routine shine even more. A great evening out and a great way to brighten the rest of the week.

She looked tired from an obvious long tour around the US but she was on. All new material, raw, honest, adorable. I thought the venue was a little below her talent! Would have liked to see her at a venue downtown Vancouver.

    Schumer was hilarious

by VancouverHRGuy on 2015-03-26Hard Rock Casino Vancouver - Coquitlam

The show opened with Rachel Feinstein, who is a very funny comic in her own right. honestly, the only quibble there is that she was only out for 5-10 minutes tops, she could have done a half hour and it would have been even better. Amy herself was in fine form, admittedly it wasn't an entirely new act, some of the material was from previous albums/specials, but there was plenty of new stuff in there too. She did a solid set, it could also have been a bit longer, but she rocked it anyway. Not for the faint of heart or politically correct, which is why I loved it.

It was the worst 200.00 my husband and I have ever spent. She was rude, crude and discusting I don't think I even laughed once and the whole theater was pretty quite considering it was suppose to be comedy not even close!! SO DISAPPOINTING!
