Since its formation by multi-talented musician and songwriter Aaron Bruno in 2010, AWOLNATION has redefined alternative music. With multiple radio hits at the alternative format, including 8 Top Fives and 2 Number Ones, the act has inarguably already made a permanent mark, not just in their genre, but across modern music. Most notably, the chart-topping, record-breaking, diamond-certified track "Sail" created a reference soundscape for a myriad of hits in the last decade. That song launched a career that already spans four albums. Megalithic Symphony, the platinum debut LP that also produced the gold certified "Not Your Fault" and two other Top 10 US singles. Sophomore album Run arrived in 2015, and the follow-up, Here Come The Runts, came in 2018. Then entering a creative partnership with current label Better Noise music, the band's fourth full-length album, ANGEL MINERS & THE LIGHTNING RIDERS, featuring the hit single "The Best," was released on April 24, 2020, and features collaborations with Rivers Cuomo of Weezer and Alex Ebert of Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros. In their positive review of the project, AllMusic calls it, "an energetic, fun, and compulsively listenable set that distills the best of what AWOLNATION can do: making pop-savvy, dance-friendly, alternative rock anthems that are not bound to traditional genre conventions."
That boundary breaking of genres continued in Bruno's creative calling, even more so as the world shut down in 2020. While quarantining, Bruno had the idea to celebrate music unapologetically with a team of talented friends - new and old. The result is the new album My Echo, My Shadow, My Covers and Me, a collection of unexpected yet passionately crafted covers and collaborations. Launched with the first single in January 2022, a powerful rendition of "Wind of Change," featuring Portugal the Man and Brandon Boyd of Incubus, the album also features guest performances by Beck, Rise Against, Jewel, grouplove and many others. The homage paid to each song's original artist is just as fun to dive into as the mutual respect heard in every note from both AWOLNATION and guests.

Phenomenal don’t miss their show!!! They are for sure one of the best live bands to see.
Amazing band, Amazing light show. Venue was good, often had mic feedback. But the group's show has made mew a lifelong fan
They never disappoint. Their energy is undeniable and the sound flawless. You just wish you could rock out with them on stage. Definitely going to go back to see them if they come back. Wouldn't miss them. LOVE LOVE LOVE
AWOLNATION opened for the Stones at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh and was FANTASTIC!! As with opening acts, AWOLNATION only played a few of their songs...but those few songs rocked!! Very energetic and a great show!! I can't wait until they get closer on their RUN tour so I can see their whole show. AWOLNATION absolutely got the crowd warmed up for the Rolling Stones. Can't wait to see them again!
I had a great time at AWOLNATION. I'm wasn't even that into this group, but they played with great energy and put on a fantastic, fun performance. They switched instruments frequently, showing off how multitalented their members are, with the lead singer even playing the drums for one song and the drummer coming up to chip in on guitar. Their action-packed rock had everyone singing along, and made for a very fun environment. If I wasn't a fan before, I sure am now. I'd never heard of Still Lights, but they got us off to a nice start with a little more relaxed (but still very good) opening short set. The WECC was a great venue for it as well. Relaxed for those who wanted it, and small enough to get up close and intimate. Did I high-five the lead guitarist? Of course.
Band had good energy and they also sounded great!!
Amazing concert, a little slow between the two bands but the sound was amazing
Took my daughters and had a blast, even got to meet Aaron!
wicked concert! My pal and I stood outside for an hour and a half waiting for Awolnation and they were super nice! got pics and autographs! down to earth guys! Will be seeing them again!
Hands down, one of the best shows I've ever seen! Can't wait till the next one!!!
