The band sounded great and played all there hits. Good crowd participation. The band came on at 8 and left at 9. They came back and did 3 more songs to 9.20. The show for me was a bit short.
Paul Rodgers and Bad Company showed they still rule. Rodgers was at his best hitting all the right notes and Simon Kirke was playing like a man possessed. Easily one of the best shows I have seen in the last decade. Can't wait for them to come back.
The sounded great. Not a bad seat in the house. My only complaint is the show was too short. Only an hour and 20 minutes long. The band left the stage after only playing for an hour, then came back for the encore. We've been to many other shows at Casinorama and they were all at least two hours or more.
Its rare you see a band that's better live than their albums. Bad Company was just that.
The facts: $141 tickets, no opening act, no Mick Ralphs, no explanation, no apology, 78 minutes of music. Very poor value for money! This was promoted as the 40th Anniversary Tour with Mick on guitar. Where was he? Does anyone at the promoter's end think that is acceptable? Bad Co's own website said nothing about Mick's absence. They even said this would be a 2 hr show. It wasn't even close. So many great and necessary songs missing: For example: No Deal with the Preacher, Good Lovin gone bad, Silver Blue or Gold, Simple Man etc. They had 5 albums of material and couldn't come up with a respectable 2 hr set. Come on Paul. Howard Lees is a decent guitarist but he has no stage presence. Part of the value in $141 ticket was having Mick and Paul on stage together. It could have been so much better. The 78 minutes was good and the band played well. Simon was having a great time -but far too short a show.
Wow I have seen a lot of great 'reunion' concerts and these guys were as good as it gets. Paul Roger's voice is as good as ever. He and the band members (was that the original bass player... he was great but perhaps a little younger..) have aged like fine wine and they were fabulous. Clearly appreciative of how much we were all loving them they did three great encores. Great night.
The best concert I have seen in a very long time! Paul Rodgers voice is incredible and his stage presents makes it look effortless for him. In my opinion he has more sex appeal than most performers just starting out in this business which also added to the show :) We will definitely go to see him and/or the band again when they are in the area!!!! Well done boys!!!!
These guys sounded great. They still rock and put on a great show.
Very disappointing because there was no Mick Ralphs which made them sound like there was something missing. Could have been louder and they played for only 1 hour and 10 mins.
Bad Co played well but the show was way too short, they played for just over an hour including encores. They are obviously passed their prime and lack the energy needed for a live show.
For the amount of money I payed the show was way to short . I waited so long to see them live what a disappointment .
From start to the end, it was Rocking ! I would see them over and over again.
I might have used that title before, but when you wait that long to see a 'reunited' band, I don't really care how much it costs but I want to see at least an hour and a half. I knew going into the show it would be more like 70 minutes, unfortunately that was the case. That said...the band was fantastic, you'd swear it was from decades ago, Paul Rodgers looked and sounded incredible. Aside from more tunes, there wasn't anything else I could have asked from this performance. A really great show, but some total 'duds' in the front row courtesy of knowing the ticketing agent. They couldn't have got off their butts if they were on fire...I hate it when there aren't 'true fans' sitting in those front seats...
Enjoyed the show, was good to see 3 of the original members of the group back from the 70's,Pauls' vocals are still excellant, played a lot of hits, very happy. Some people say it was short, but I disagree,no breaks, just good old rock n roll.
BAD COMPANY WAS AWESOME. PLAYED ALL THE HITS. QUITE A FEW CROWD SINGALONGS. GREAT SHOW!
Bad Company was awesome. It's too bad they played for just over an hour.Every song was very well done,I knew every song.Big,Big Fan ! The only downer was getting out of the parking lot after the show,I wish Rama would add more Parking and additional ways of leaving the casino !
Great concert! But that again one of my favorite bands and finally getting a chance to see them live was a good thing...
