It was a grand night out with Bette. I can't believe she'll be 70 in December. She ran around the stage as if she was 20 years old. She kept the audience thoroughly entertained with stories and singing all her hits. Her voice is still holding strong.
The Divine Miss M. truly lives up to her name; I was so impressed with her command of the audience and her ease in front of such a huge crowd. She was inspirational, hilariously funny, her voice is exactly the same as it was 40 years ago. An outstanding show & an outstanding woman!!
Her show was fantastic - good mix of new songs, with the old favorites along with great entertainment !
I can't praise the Divine Intervention tour enough. It was my first opportunity to see Bette Midler live and she certainly didn't disappoint. The audience was so focused on her that when she was speaking you could have heard a pin drop (often when an artist is speaking you can't always understand them because of the sheer volume of people and noise - this was not the case). The sound was clearer then any concert I've ever been to, and the Divine Ms. M. was given four spontaneous standing ovations. The music was fantastic and her comedy bits were hilarious. People of any age can find something to love at this performance - she charms and engages with the patrons, and has a killer voice. What more can be said?
Absolutely wonderful- spoke to a wide range of emotions. Such a skilled performer.
Pure Perfection from Start to finish. A lot of aging artists loose their Spark. Not Bette Midler she is still at 69 at the top of her game. Everyone in my Group said if she ever comes back we need to see this show again it was Magic.
The energy of the show was electric. She travelled across the stage from end to end so many times, I lost count. Bette's show was beyond entertaining. Even with the F-bombs, if you know Bette Midler, you should not be surprised to hear them.
Bette did not disappoint. She was great combining new and old songs throughout the night. I really appreciated the Toronto nuances-great to connect with the audience that way. Bette Midler proved yet once again that she can sing.
This was our 4th time seeing Bette in concert. We did not think it could get better than her Vegas show. It was! She truly out did herself! She seemed more relaxed and seemed to be truly enjoying herself. That feeling spread to the audience. Her talent continues to out shine! Bravo. Bravo. Bravo.
Hands down best concert I've ever attended in my life. It was clear from the get go that this was a production that was rehearsed to perfection. The musicians were top notch and the Harletts were a great addition to Ms Midlers performance. Stage sets lighting and production was simply over the top. We were also struck by how powerful Bette Midlers voice still is. She entertained for almost 2 hrs and never wavered. We as fans really really appreciate how much work the whole cast and crew put into this show. Worth every dollar of our ticket.
