by C. G. on 2023-09-27I had so much fun. I was alone and I’m currently in high school, so I used my paycheque to buy this concert ticket all on my own. I worked hard fr! I have anxiety and I thought it was gonna be bad since I was alone, however everybody next to me in my row and section were so nice. This girl next to me saw me me crying before/during the first Act of the show and told me that she was so happy I was there! She was so kind and had small talk with me. I’ve loved Bey since I was so young and my mom introduced me to her music when I was a child, so being able to see her live was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. This other girl higher up in the section even let me stay with her to watch the show and use her charger cuz my phone was going to die and I truly did not want to miss anything. The BeyHive are some of the nicest ppl ever and made the experience 10x better for me. Anyways, I rate this show 10 10 10!!! However, the row in front of me kinda sucked cuz they were sitting down for most of the show and only recorded the songs they knew. And these two ppl in front did not shut up during the MUTE challenge. Like, come on… when she say MUTE, you MUTE. Literally. Get on your zoom guys!

Absolutely breathtaking. I shivered when Beyoncé sang. Everyone working the show deserves their flowers. S/O Beyoncé for her diversity and for allowing all voices to be heard. Inspired choreography and dancing. Breathtaking costumes by well known designers. A few criticisms though. The concert started an hour late, and no encore. But Overall, the buzz that this event is a Cultural Moment is deserved. Beyoncé always refers to herself as an Artist and this is definitely true.

As always, Beyoncé was flawless and delivered a visually stunning performance of a phenomenal album. The one negative was the crowd. I don’t know what was up with the Vancouver crowd but they seemed too cool to let loose and have a good time
