The equalizer was turned up way too much. It drowned out the singers

This was our second show in a year and a half and we absolutely loved the smaller venue. The whole show seemed more personal than that in Toronto at the AC centre. Only feedback would be that the kick drum seemed to be a bit loud and the lead guitarist vocals seemed slightly louder than lead vocalist. But still loved the music and the energy of the performers. The bass guitarist needs more recognition as he is an outstanding performer unlike most bass guitarists that just stand there

I swear I’ve waited 18 years to see this show and it did not disappoint! They were spectacular!!! The sound feedback during gob was terrible though.

2nd time seeing Billy Talent and the always deliver a great show! They always do somewhere around 20 songs and give it their all. Gob also a great opener!

Venue was fantastic, wasnt too crowded. Could have had better drink choices but overall best concert ive been to in a long time.

These guys out on a crazy tight show. They know what you want to hear and how you want to hear it and rock the f*ck out. Highly recommend - not many bands rock this hard after 1 year much less 20.

The band had tons of energy, played all their awesome songs and had a cool light show. Really enjoyed the show.

Gob was the opening act, there was several sound quality issues, the equipment appeared to be malfunctioning during their whole act. They also appeared very desperate to sell their vinyl albums.... It got better when Billy Talent was on stage, however I found the high notes a little too high compared to the lows and mids. Could have used more lows. It was my kids first concert and I think it was perfect for them, a great introduction to live music. The event itself was great and they performed well.

This band truly delivered. Great songs, great grooves and great hooks. Their music still relevant, transcends generations. In my case my 18 year old son and I are both fans, we had a great time! Only part that could’ve been better, was the sound. The low end was great, but the upper mids were harsh and shrill at times. However, the band is so good it overcame all that.

This would be my second time seeing Billy Talent and they did not disappoint! Bands were amazing however, the security at this venue were horrible. My friend was wrongfully removed from the venue. He was accused of smoking on the floor and he didn’t even get a chance to tell them he has the wrong person before security had police escort him out of the venue. There was still an hour left of the concert! Unfortunately our group of friends couldn’t leave our one friend outside alone so we all had to leave. We are extremely disappointed with the way our friend was treated by security and super disappointed that we missed the last hour of Billy Talent.

Gob was incredible...Billy Talent was beyond amazing. This was the best concert I've ever been to.

Billy Talent put on an amazing show ! We never miss a chance to see them live! Great set list.

I've seen Billy Talent a few times and they ALWAYS deliver. This was no different. Thanks for an epic concert.

Really couldn't possibly be better. This show is worth every cent and will stick with you for a long time.

It was an awesome show I loved it Billy talent did amazing job playing good songs made a good setlist it was perfect no issues

Cons: couldn't bring in water, and you couldn't leave the venue and return. Kind of a bummer for a summer outdoor event. Also tix said 5pm start time so an additional two hours of standing and waiting. Pros: excellent sound, from the opener to headliner it was amazing. It didn't feel like there was an act that didn't absolutely rock the exchange district. Made friends with fellow fans and new fans too. I saw my first Billy Talent at the Burt and they were amazing then. Now almost 20yrs later still just as awesome. Thanks for entertaining Winnipeg!

Bought tickets after having a great time at last year’s Block Party, looked forward to seeing bands we had never seen before. Brought lawn chairs as encouraged by the venue, and set them up in the designated section. By the time Billy Talent was on stage, the lawn chair section was completely overtaken by people climbing over us, falling on us, and spilling beer all over us. We could see absolutely nothing. Everyone around us had to leave as it became unsafe to remain seated in that area. Don’t have a lawn chair section and encourage people to bring chairs if the attendance is too high to allow for it

As always, Billy Talent put on an amazing show. The Burt Block Party was very well organized. Awesome evening. Good weather. Good bands. Good setup.

The venue was super cool (the parking lot outside) although the curb made loose balance a bit but it was fine. Comeback Kid felt like the headliner and would love to see them in Winnipeg again. Slay.
