  • Ritchie, Candace and group are right on!

    by 1showfan on 2016-08-22Sherman Theater - StroudsburgRating: 4 out of 5

This was my second time seeing them at the Sherman theater. We had a great time. Beyond the incredible talent that everyone brought to the stage, they were very fun, and interacted well with the audience. If you are craving great music and a great time, make your way to a Blackmore's Night show wherever, whenever you can.

  • Wow!

We in the audience were honoured to hear Ritchie Blackmore play Smoke on the Water in tribute to john Lord. I had goosebumps listening to this rendition. Great show with great interaction not only between the band members, but also with the audience. Candace obviously enjoys the audience, its so clear in her face & gestures. Giacomo was so right to open the show with. Lovely voice and a minstral to boot!

  • Blackmore's Night Terrific

Ritchie, Candace, and band were in top form. It was just like one of the concert DVDs, only we were actually there. Ritchie and Candace were even more playful than the DVDs reveal about them. They and the group were more down to earth than I would have expected for talent and fame of their caliber.

  • Blackmore's Amazing Night

What an excellent show. An excellent venue too i might add. This band just gets better and better every time is ee them. The musicianship is second to none. They are so tight i keep waiting for them to burst. From the first to last song everything was what you would expect from a class act proffesional like Blackmore. The interaction with the fans was heartfelt and meanigful. Everyone from child to grandparent looked like they were having a ball. Candice was her usual adoring self and what a voice. The violin (fiddle) player was incredible and not too bad on the backing vocals either. Keyboard/Organist is just incredible as is the fanatstically in tune, in time drummer.........pure magic. The backdrop to show was very well done also including a well timed light show. Dont miss this band if they ever come your way. Althought Ritchis is long gone from Purple and Rainbow he still knows how to hit it when he wants too. Dont ever expect them to play anything Purple but dont ever be surprised to see something thrown in there.
