Great show, the music is unforgettable, and I will definitely see it again when it comes to Toronto!
The cast worked hard and did a fair job musically. They are clearly not actors and the script was poor and direction weak. The sets were cheap and detracted from the performance and the lighting was so amateurish and annoying flashing into our eyes on multiple occasions. This performance did not work. The show would have been much better as a concert. Too bad as it meant dinner before the show was the highlight of our evening.
Buddy Holly was outstanding...the musical was well casted and the musicians were incredible-Buddy Holly was outstanding in all respects...don't miss this production
It was excellent !! Loved the music...sounded just like Buddy Holly !! Story was well presented. Being a huge fan many years ago I loved every minute of the show. If you love Rock and Roll you will witness the start of it all !!! Rock & Rock Will Never Die !!!!
Boring, poorly produced, thin, very thin story line, sets unforgettable, acting mostly less than average. Music was the best part of the show.. Waste of time and money - money would have been better spent to download his music and listen to the real Buddy Holly.
The entertainers who represented Big Bopper, Ricky Vali and Buddy Holly were one of the best I have seen. Also, must comment on the saxophone player. Fabulous. I would definitely go again,
