About

After three decades, well over 24 million records sold, a GRAMMY Award nomination, 1 billion streams, and a procession of #1 hits, BUSH stand tall as rock outliers whose imprint only widens as the years pass. Turn on rock radio, and it won't be long before you hear "Glycerine" or "Machinehead." On the big screen, their music courses through blockbuster franchises such as John Wick. On the road, they regularly pack amphitheaters and ignite festival stages. In 1994, the group delivered their seminal debut, Sixteen Stone. It notably achieved a six-times platinum certification, remaining a pillar of modern rock. Rolling Stone cited it among "1994: The 40 Best Records From Mainstream Alternative's Greatest Year," while Stereogum exclaimed, "It feels like music untethered from time, separate from its history." The triple-platinum follow-up, Razorblade Suitcase, bowed at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and boasted "Swallowed," which garnered a GRAMMY Award nomination in the category of "Best Hard Rock Performance." Their catalog spans the platinum The Science of Things [1999] through The Kingdom [2020], which arrived to acclaim highlighted by "Flowers On A Grave" and "Bullet Holes." As indefatigable as ever, the band released its ninth full-length offering, The Art of Survival [BMG] in late 2022. Thus far, they have notched 25 straight Top 40 hits on the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts, earning six #1 entries. This Fall, the band is releasing their first ever career retrospective, Loaded: The Greatest Hits 1994-2023.

What an amazing show, starting with Filter too, doesn't get much better than that. Excellent surprise to see Rival Sons as well. New to me and I loved it. Bush is a world renowned band with and endless supply of hits to listen to. Just Awesome!!! My wife and I had a night to remember. Thank you Bush, Filter & Rival Sons.

If you’ve been waffling about going, lemme tell you they put on a great show. Totally worth it. Nothing but hits and bangers.

  • Still got it

by Craig on 2025-04-29Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Good show. I think they played everything you would want to hear. Still hard rocking and hitting the notes. High energy, running around the arena etc. Couldn't beat the economical ticket price. Served as a 30yr time warp for me. Highly enjoyable.

  • Great Sound

An engaging performance, still sounded great live and again Gavin performed into the audience. Sadly no encore, just an abrupt end.

AMAZING performance by not only Bush, but Rival Sons as well - incredible! I love small venues for this reason; more intimate, close up and personal.

  • Nothing But Gold

by Meezeman on 2024-08-23Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Bush was absolutely resplendent, playing their 'Loaded-Greatest Hits"tour allowed them to bring nothing but A-list material. They sounded great, they looked great. At 58 years, Gavin Rossdale demonstrated both stamina and presence so many younger acts could only hope for. Like Cantrell, Bush came to play. They opened with a blistering version of "Everything Zen"and with the exceedingly tight band accompanying him, Gavin Rossdale played an arena rock show at its finest. Rossdale and Co engaged their audience. He spoke graciously of his time in Toronto and the appreciation he has always felt in Canada and his words rang true. The audience absolutely was present for this show. Fans new the songs, sang them beautifully in rhythm with Bush and the energy was absolutely off the rails. Rossdale capped "Flowers on a Grave"by running through the crowd top to bottom, taking selfies and clearly having the time of his life. This positivity translated seamlessly to the crowd. The encore was cherry on top or gravy depending on one's taste. Bush's version of the Beatles' "Come Together"was both unexpected and energizing. Bush sliding back to 1994 and capping off the show with the songs that brought them where they are, was beautiful and powerful and many in the crowd, particularly in the first few rows were washed away in the emotion and gratitude of this stellar event. Rossdale gifting the the audience in front with copies of the setlist was a cool ending to an excellent evening under the moonlit sky. Set list: Everything Zen Machinehead Bullet Holes The Chemicals Between Us Greedy Fly Quicksand All Things Must Change The Sound of Winter Swallowed Heavy Is the Ocean Flowers on a Grave Little Things Encore: More Than Machines Come Together(The Beatles cover) Glycerine Comedown

  • Truly Epic

by linolanz on 2024-08-22Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Gavin and the band were awesome. Vocals and renditions were all very close to the original recordings which I loved. Solo performance of Glycerene was memorable. Hope you come back to Toronto next year to please your legions of fans.

My son and I are avid concert goers. Budweiser stage is our favourite venue. All I can say is that this was the best line up of bands from start to finish. Amazing concert. Bones Uk, Candlebox, Jerry Cantrell and of course Bush. What a show.

Incredible experience. Great to see a band not gouging their fans with exorbitant fees for VIP. Such humble and grateful guys. Loved the private show after the photo. These guys really appreciate their fans and it shows.

Bush is amazing! Such a great show! A good mix of songs from their albums but mostly 90s hits. Bush never disappoints!

  • BUSH/Jerry Cantrell/ Candlebox - Outstanding!!

by Cranman on 2024-08-22Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was off the charts. All 3 bands killed it . It was worth the trek from Regina to Toronto to see this show. I hope I get another Han D to see these 3 bands again!🤘🏻
