I Want these bands to come back to old stage Niagara Falls because I bought tickets and missed the show it was my girlfriend's birthday gift she was very upset. Please Come back .
I had the pleasure of seeing Great North live recently, and I was absolutely blown away. From the first chord to the final encore, their performance was packed with raw energy, tight musicianship, and an authenticity that's rare to find. Their sound blends classic rock influences with a fresh, modern edge — powerful vocals, gritty guitar riffs, and a rhythm section that keeps your heart pounding. What really sets Great North apart is their ability to connect with the audience. Every song felt personal, passionate, and purpose-driven. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that vibe is infectious. Whether you're a die-hard rock fan or new to the genre, Great North is a band to watch. With their talent, chemistry, and stage presence, they’re not just playing music — they’re making a mark.My only suggestion would be to work on the video display on the wall behind playing band ,should be more meaningful in my humble opinion !
Venue itself is awesome. If anything, it's too loud sometimes (or maybe I'm too old as the saying goes). Usually sit in either level 3 or level 4 balcony, first couple of rows, centre stage. This concert was level 3, row 2 - dead centre. Great White was terrific. Musically - hit every note. Both Mark Kendall & Scott Snyder were awesome - better than some acts I've seen half their age. Kendall looked like he could have played another 2 hours and was enjoying it. Wish they would have played longer than 50 minutes. Didn't know what to expect with a band almost 50 years in, but musically they were solid. I think bringing in Brett Carlisle (27 years old) as their singer 3 years ago brought the youth injection they needed to the band. He's no Jack Russell (who passed last August) but at 63, you're not hitting the notes you should be - ask Mark Slaughter, who played an hour before. Would definitely go to see them again.
First time at OLG stage, the show was amazing. However, no smoking area and no re entry if you go out for a smoke, this "rule"will prohibit me from supporting this venue in the future. The OLG website says there are designated areas for smoking. The concert nazis won't let you back in if you go out.
Vixen was pretty good , unfortunately the lead singer didn't know what city she was in . Glad to be back home in "Toronto "lol , close , Niagara Falls actually and home ? , American band . Slaughter was a let down ,but Great White was Great , Frontline was made for this band overall I would see Great white again ...slaughter not so much .
Awesome show.. we loved it.. venue and star were fantastic.. thank you
Fantastic night Vixen was awesome Slaughter needed some sound adjustments, but were fantastic and Great white brought it home to finish the night. Five Stars
Great White did a fabulous show, played most of their hits. Would have liked to hear Desert moon. We wanted to stand up and rock to the music but security was being idiots!
Such a great show! The smaller theatre makes for a much better show, more intimate. The bands were phenomenal! Slaughter was so good, and Great White were amazing! Brett Carlisle did some interaction with the crowd after the show, and he was so nice and down to earth! My 17 year old daughter was in heaven as she got a couple of selfies with him. I hope they come back to Vancouver soon, I would go see them again and again!
