Best date night in a very long time! Loved every minute of the CFR! Can not wait till November for the PBR and next year for CFR 51
The excitement and large arena was something you have to see, i will never forget the arial view of the upper grandstands, the cheering crowds and the quality of the people there. So dynamic, a beautiful community, diverse and kind in spirit. I didnt have to worry about a drug scene. It was a very genuine cowboy/cowgirl experience connecting me to my roots and making me feel part of the champion community i was watching. Very engaging and encouraging experience. Really need more of these close to home events after covid, healing the disconnection and loss felt in the last years since. Totally Amazing!!!! Edmonton rodeo community never let me down! Wow!!! Family dance after party was great and safe for me and my son.
Had a great time at the CFR in Edmonton I did not like the prices for food and drinks at the venue unfortunately
Great Rodeo and Atmosphere. Again, No "Clown"show with all the side entertainment.
Awesome, exciting family fun. Hope to go back next year!!
Was a great experience I was sitting too high though
There is not enough that can be said about the entire cfr experience. Always one of the best organized events.
The contestants were exceptional, the event was well organized but the venue was uncomfortably loud. Turning down the speaker volume would make it far more enjoyable.
Loved the rodeo we were in top level almost centre so we could see real well. The facility was good the issues were the doors opened late by the time we got to our seat we were rushed. The cost of the water and beer was crazy expensive $7.50 bottle of water and $17 for a beer was ridiculous
Great event Had no problem pulling up my tickcets Security was easy pessy Every one was so positive Great time
I love that the rodeo has come back to Edmonton!! Itâs an amazing event and night out for the whole family! Itâs a great way to see our history and ancestry live and in action. To teach and show younger generations and city dwellers how things use to be, how things used to be done and where things are now with our ranchers and farmers.
My company, numerous times, tried to reach out to the CFR for group tickets for my company. No one ever got back to us. We were even looking at the Sportsnet lounge area. It would have been nice to be at the CFR as a group. I went on my own and noticed a lot of empty seats. I even thought a couple sections of the Luge area would have been great as a company event. Hopefully I will get a call back for next year.
We have been attending the CFR for a number of years and always experienced a great event. This year was no different. We really enjoyed the send off I may nolt have been there all 44 years but has always been a milestone and a youth dream to ride in the CFR. We are said to see the end of an era but look forward to a new future.
Always a great event and a pity this is likely the last one. I have been to many Saturday nights; always a highlight of the week. What a loss for Edmonton!!! To be fair, CFR is just an unfortunate casualty of political scandal. The closing of the muni airport which now appears had to go because the proposed towers at Rogers Place would have been in the flight path. Closing Northlands so as not to have competition to Rogers Place. The Katz team have certainly out-maneuvered and out-smarted many on council. What is going on in City Hall? One wonders about back-handers. Mandel and Iveson still have some explaining to do regarding the loss of Northlands and CFR with it. All that aside, I enjoyed the Saturday night at CFR.
Great show! Fireworks as well as rodeo events. Great trophies for the winners. Too bad it's evicted after 44 years!
Sad to see that it will be the last one at the great Coliseum in Edmonton!!!
So sad no one could get it together to keep the CFR in Edmonton where it has been for 44 years. Rogers place will not work and the CFR will never be the same again no matter where it is.
Rodeo was awesome bring it back to Rogers letâs get it done
The rodeo was awesome, the people are just fantastic, and the fact that I paid The CFR is always a treat, the people are so friendly and who doesn't love the animals? Also, the fact that we bought 2 single tickets at these awesome seats for $7.20 per ticket!!! How fantastic was that?
