CFR was incredible, the competition was as advertised the best you'll see from all over. There were half time performers. Recommend for anyone looking family fun entertainment.
This was my first time at an official rodeo. It was military night as well. I liked that the whole event was a true representation of what Canadians were about. From saluting our troups to supporting the men and women and their dreams, that is who we are.
Absolutely the best live entertainment I've seen in decades. Used to go to Rodeos when young - but then moved to a large city - decided this year to take my cousin, a spry 81 year old chic to the Rodeo - something she's longed for many years - we both had a blast - boy we've been missing a lot of entertainment with the CFR for far too long - will definitely sign up for next year with more of the family with me. Bravo!! Well done CFR - show moves right along - not a hitch - and much pride in the salute to our Military Officers - and what a nice touch for all the CFR finalists to hand over their well-earned buckles to the Military throughout the Show.
The event was good. The CFR always does a decent job. I just think that the price is too high. If you want to take a family, and not spend a fortune, you have to sit up pretty high. I would have cost a family of 4 almost $400 to sit in a good seat. It's obviously not quite as bad as the NHL, but I can see in the near future it being very comparable.
The opening was really great. It was very fitting to have the military involved.The preformance was great. we go every year.
Very entertaining and took friends from out of Country. It was a fun evening. Price for Rodeo and Farm Fair was reasonable but Northlands continues to make a family outing expensive with $12 parking and expensive food, drinks and beer. Coffee tasted like it was burnt.
It was awesome so much fun. I would recommend everyone go at least once a year. there is something for everyone.
We enjoy the CFR every Year. Will return again next year.
I soooooo enjoyed the CFR. It ran so smoothly. The transition from event to event was so quick. It's exciting to watch and certainly gets your heart pumping as you watch the cowboys do their thing. I certainly found myself praying for their safety. I had a most enjoyable evening! The entertainer" Crash Cooper" was awesome!
Had a great time at the CFR, every year is fantasitic, but why at a country/western event do they always play rock tunes? Weird, where is the Country music??
It was entertaining, well timed and events very run efficiently. I couldn't hear the 8 sec. buzzer.
Took my two little girls and they thought it was an amazing experience.
This is an awesome event and a must see....... Non stop entertainment for the whole family along with a few laughs.... Love animals and recommend this for all to see.. Could not find better treated animals nor a better group of people than rodeo fans.... all very down to earth and great l people you will meet there too... always have a big smile and hello to their neighbor............ Good down to earth country enjoyment at a professional level ......
We had a great time. Our seats were excellent and the action was fast paced.
