The rodeo was again a great event. The one thing we missed this year was the kids trying to get onto the pony's. That event has always been a favorite and was greatly missed this year.

We took in two shows and the rest of our family took in four. As usual, we had a great time. The show was great. The opening ceremony on Saturday, saluting the Children with the Hay boys and the gift to them was very touching. As well, having the military salute once again, is a wonderful idea. They give so much. The "extra" giving... the cowboys giving their buckles, the stock contractor giving the horse, the rodeo associations giving all the novice cowboys/girls each a buckle, not only was a refreshing change and great to see, but also gave a fantastic reflection of the way's of the western heritage. People help people. give when they can and don't expect anything back in return. Great show. We are buying 6 packs for next year. Keep up the good work. See you then!

I have been going to the CFR for 13 years now, and every year it seems to be getting better and better. The stock is getting better and so are the riders. The opening ceremonies are great, some are just fun and some are really meaningful. I recommend everyone to go to the CFR atleast once, it is an amazing experience for all... country or not. Can't wait for Vegas 2009, and CFR 2010.

The opening ceremonies were excellent. The event was well organized. There was no waiting between events or rides, Crash and the announcerd kept the crowd entertained. Great event - keep up the good work.

Excellent performance - no unnecessary delays. Special ceremonies were very well done and the salute to heros was very touching.

A real class 1 family show!!! Northlands does a great job!! And the price is affordable!!!!!

Opening cerimonies where fantastc. Cash's enterntaining displays add to the top rating deserved by the CFR rodeo week.

It was the most amazing experince, sit on the edge of your seat and just be amazed...How do they do that!! The bumps, the brusises...WOW!!!!

I was glad to come back to the CFR and have the rough stock again look outstanding and the timed events as tough as ever. Hats off to the contestants, with the scattering of some top American contestants through each event, things were very competitive.

This was my guest 4 time to any type of rodeo and she enjoyed every minute of it. All I heard on the way home was how well the horses were trained both in the tie down roping, the steer wrestling and team roping. The large screen showed just how the hazing horse and rider helped push steer towards the bull dogger. Myself having done time working with the local rodeo I still enjoy watching all the events.

You can never go wrong with the CFR. If you like rodeo, check it out for sure.

We had good seats and seen all the action from chute end. Can not wait till next year.

This years' event was very well put together and the performance on Saturday night was great as usual. We always enjoy going to the rodeo as a family and this year, the BMO seat upgrader and the Bon Jovi ticket giveaways were GREAT! It gives the crowd a chance to interact with the performers (mainly Crash Cooper but it's still interacting!) We had a great time and are looking forward to attending again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Rodeo and admire all the organization and logistics that go into planning it - and the bravery of the Cowboys and Cowgirls. We will definitely go again. Our concern is that there is no crowd control. We thought we had great seats with a good line of vision to the chutes but we constantly had to ask people to sit down or step back, including Rexall Security staff. Many of the attendees are new to the facility and stand around trying to find their seats and seem to come and go frequently. When you have an event that takes 8 seconds, we often missed the whole show.

I enjoyed the rodeo very much. It was my first time both going and buying tickets online. It was effortless and when miy son forgot his ticket you gladly replaced at the booth. We drove 3 hrs. so it would have been devastating if we couldn't have gotten in.. My son found the seats a bit crowded but other than that we had a wonderful time. We will go again.

No loss of action. Exciting to watch. The commentary was good and the clown was pretty funny.

***** Family entertainment of the highest caliber. The "can we get tickets for next year" is enough to tell the story for the children. From the opening ceremony to the last bull ride the show was entertaining - Five Stars all they way.
