Great! Event needs more recongnition/ advertisement

Great game, Canada played way way better than last year against the US. Really poor job promoting it by Canadian Soccer Association. The women's team are such great role models for young female soccer players, staying around after the game was over to sign autographs and talk with the fans.

It was great! Hope there's more soccer matches to come.

With their former coach the Canadian Women got to the World Cup and were knocking on the door, but they were not ever going to make it to the elite levels of the top 5 countries in the world with their style of play. They've always had the skill, and it was on full display against China at BMO field Sept 30th. Canada dominated the game at both ends of the field. In a 4-3-3 with a flat back four, Canada pressured China relentlessly without the ball, forcing numerous Chinese turnovers in midfield. With the ball, Canada attacked with numbers, and with alot of movement off the ball and combination play between the midfield and forwards. The goals were all excellent, the first and third being highlight reel material. This is a great result for the women, who can head into the Gold Cup and World Cup qualifying filled with confidence!
