    Chantal is always entertaining

by Chantalfan on 2009-10-04Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

it was my 3rd time seeing Chantal live in concert. She always brings something new and fun to the stage. I appreciate how she engages with the audience and she has a super sense of humor. Her range of vocal ability is incredible and I am always drawn deeper into her music. I love how she tells a bit of a story about where her songs came from and this makes the experience more personal. Great evening overall!

    Chantal Kreviazuk

by Guitarplayersteve on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Fantastic... her singing and vocals were outstanding. Great interaction with the audience. The language could be toned down somewhat. The accompaniest was also excellent... very good musical and vocal support for Chatal. This was the second time we have seen Chantal and we'd surely go again. If you're going to do acoustic stuff ... make sure the whole audfience can hear it not just the first ten rows. Have a real guitar player play ... that was definitely the low point of the evening.

    Chantal Kreviazuk rocked!!

by Linner on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

It was a fabulous concert from start to finish!!!! She has a beautiful voice and only needed her piano and accompanist. She has so many hits it is ridiculous and every song sounded like a finished product. I absolutely loved her and the Jubilee was a great setting for her.

    Fantastic!

Loved the show...Chantal was amazing...sound was great and her rapport made me feel like she was just playing for us and not a whole audience. Can't wait to see her when she comes to town again.

by Breathtaking on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Chantel gave another amazing performance! It was my third time seeing her and it gets better each time. She played some of her new songs from her upcoming CD and I cannot wait to go out and buy it, they were amazing.

    Incredible show

by Albondigas on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

There's something about an acoustic show that brings it head and shoulders above anything else. Chantal took us on an incredible journey with her piano, and accompanying violin. Very nice touch! If all her shows on her upcoming tour are like this one, then the tour is not to be missed!

She is an amazing woman. It's an honor and a privilege to get to spend a night listening to her banter and her incredible voice. Thanks to Chantal for another tingling experience.

    Chantal wowed the crowd!

by ChanFan5 on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Chantal Kreviazuk did not disappoint on Friday night. She gave humble thanks after each song. She connected with the crowd, telling stories about her family life, and why she wrote some of her songs. The night was to benefit STARS and she spoke about why she thought it was important to be a part of the evening. It was very heart warming. She sang all of her classics and a few off her new disc, Plain Jane, which will be coming out mid-October. Great concert all around!!

    Chantal is the best!

by Bubbles014 on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

I am a huge fan of Chantal and I've seen her a few times before, everytime I see her I am never disappointed. She is an incredible artist, she talks to her audience, she has a great sense of humor. You just don't get the sense that she is a "star" because she just seems so down to earth. The only draw back to last nights event was that she didn't sing "Wayne", oh well, next time. Chantal has got to be one of the best live performers I've seen. So enjoyable. WE LOVE YOU CHANTAL!!!!!!!

Who knew someone blessed with such an incredible voice, writing gift and natural beauty would have such a great sense of humour? We totally enjoyed all aspects of the show!

Chantal talks as well as she can sing...

by Cheated on 2009-10-03Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

I was excited and anxious to go to the concert as I had been to see Chantal when she was in Edmonton with Amanda Marshall. I felt cheated after the concert as she did not sing many songs and spent a lot of time talking. The songs that she did sing were awesome as I love her voice and the lyrics. I felt bad for the people who paid to hear her sing two songs with her guitar without a mike, as I was near the front and barely heard her so people in the back probably saw her lips move. I felt that was unprofessional as she could have used a stool with a mike. I don't know if she cut the concert short, because she was angry with being cold with the draft from the air conditioning system being turned on. I know that I will not return to see her if she were to return to Edmonton to play and sing at another venue as the show was not worth the money that I paid out. The only positives were when she sang and that the venue was for a good cause

Her voice sounds even better now that she has matured. Awesome show - Chantal has a great personality and knows how to interact with the audience.
