    Oh Charlie.....

by haras on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

The show was ok. It was funny in some parts, but I thought it would have been a little more structured. Like instead of Charlie and Russell just sitting in front of the audience just saying whatever, swearing every few sentences and smoking like a train, it would have been better if they were a little more organised in there conversation. I was expecting that it would have been more of an interview style type comedy show where Charlie would have told us more about what happend with Two and a Half men and more about what he is doing and going to do as far as his career was concerned. I wasn't really interested in knowing about how many hookers he's slept with and how much crack he has taken. I mean yes that is part of his life, but watching him on TV I think is probally a better option....Sorry Charlie. I wish you well.

You Got What You Paid For

by miss84 on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

Some people had some kind of idea that Charlie was doing stand up and others like myself knew it was going to be like a "live book" I think it was a lot better then expected especially after all the other reviews. For the people who walked out obviously thought he was doing stand up. All the people seated around me sounded like they really enjoyed it. Russell Peters was a great interviewer!

Worst show I've ever been to.

by Anonymous on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

I used to be a Charlie Sheen fan but no more. He came on the stage 40 mins late. The show was so boring he didn't engage the audience at all. Russell Peters tried to pull answers out of him and it was painful. Peters was the only good part if this boring show many people left before it ended. Many people booed him. Charlie Sheen talked about inane things like making his own crack and smoking 7 gram rocks and sleeping with porn stars. It wasn't funny and it wasn't fun, just a waste of money and two hours of my life I'll never get back.

    Ridiculous!

by Mellios on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

Walked out.... used to find him amusing until i sat and watched him whine and complain about his life. Yah, poor guy, lost his 1.5 million dollar an episode job cause he was doing 7 gram rocks... boo hoo. Now he has to stay clean if he wants to see his kids... His porn star girlfriend just left him - now he only has one porn star girlfriend left. Totally ridiculous and not at all funny. Actually quite depressing!

    Wasn't that bad

by portlyavenger on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

Sheen wasn't that bad. I think the crowd was expecting the pure insanity but it was mellow. Some people seemed to buy tickets just so they could heckle him, which is alright. Just added to the novelty

    Russel peters is awesome!

by ShawnySe on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

This show was everything I expected from Charlie.... Got to give him props for getting peters on board to keep it flowing. Not a horrible show.

    Carried by Russell Peters

by MRhollywood on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

The show itself was very funny, but I felt that without Russell Peters there to MC and make most of the jokes, Charlie Sheen alone wouldn't have been as good. I know he was in Alabama the whole day, but literally looked like he had been up the past 48 hours, and he obviously came in late to Vancouver as his show started 30 minutes late. The topics were all those true fans were interested in, which made it more intriguing.

Russell had me laughing all night

by WhiteWine55 on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

I wasn't sure what to expect with this show and I was surprised at how often I laughed. Russell Peters definately made the show complete and because I knew it was going to be an interview style show, I thought it was really good. I think some of the audience thought it was going to be skits or a comedy act but it was basically like going to see David Letterman and an interview with Sheen. Sheen was very open and honest with answering questions from Russell and from the audience and Peters cracking a few jokes at Sheen was the best. Only a few hecklers that got kicked out but I enjoyed the night. I honestly do not think Sheen could have done the show on his own as didn't have too much comedy from himself. Now I know his writers on two and a half men made him who he is today!

    My boring torpedo of truth.

by misskatykeen on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

Well, I was certainly thought it was going to be more entertaining. I expected Charlie Sheen would be as crazy and full of whacky catch-phrases as he was in some of the interviews of him. I guess he's cleaned up his act a bit, but he's definitely not 100% clean and sober (despite what he says) because he was SO out of it and looked terrible. Russell Peters was pretty lame too, surprisingly. To top it all off, the show started 40 minutes late, without apology or explanation.

    Insightful!

by 1bluecherry on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

It was a great show! Charlie Sheen & Russell Peters work well together. It was good hearing Charlie's side to some of what's being said about him. The show was funny and I'm really glad I went.

    Freakin' Excellent

by Rutger on 2011-05-04Rogers Arena (formerly General Motors Place) - Vancouver

With no published expectations, I went into this not certain what to expect. Russel Peters really tied the show together, but was hilarious, as usual. Charlie Sheen was pretty cool too. The fact that it wasn't just a bunch of coked up ramblings made it better. I wanted to experience a meme, and I got one.

    CHARLIE SHEEN MUST MISS

by jrmich9 on 2011-04-24St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

This was awful, I left after about half an hour. The main reason was the abundantly awful and obnoxious local DJ from Tampa named 'Cowhead' (I'm guessing in relation to his morbidly obese greasy appearance) but as interesting as some of the insights into Charlie Sheen's mind were - they were overpowered by the lame posturing and schoolboy humour (his suggestion of going into prison to shag Lindsey Lohan was met with cheers by the majority of the braying Tampa locals). Only other notable fact was how desperate Tampa women are to get their boobs out in a public forum.

Honestly, even though the show was cut short, I felt that Sheen was an absolute genius. The videos were funny even though the crowd was unresponsive. I'm not sure what everybody expected from a show that had no description. We loved it.

His event was alright, but my guest and I wish the show was longer (started late and finished 9:40, so around an hr/hr,15 mins. Russell Peters also took up too much show time and was too racist for my taste and felt Charlie should have touched on more issues that he's spoken out about in the past. We were there for the Meet & Greet and waited for quite a while... and would have been okay if they didn't keep us in-line for such a long time. They could have let us sit and relax like a few people did, instead of making us stand, then we could have got up and went in-line when they were actually ready. After meeting Charlie Sheen (The Best Part :)!!! , we had received our collectible poster but did not receive the 8x10 autographed photo... and was told they were held up by customs. So how come no one seems to be contacting anyone who attended this special meet & greet event to make sure we're getting what we've paid for and told we'd receive Night Of Show!

Charlie Sheen was not worth it

    by Popcorn12 on 2011-04-20Massey Hall - Toronto

Thank goodness for Russel Peters. If not for him the show would have been a complete disaster. Charlie Sheen should not be charging that much money to watch him sit there and crave to smoke.
