The crowd was on fire yes even if we were in Ottawa. Charlotte gives an incredible show, with high energy and great connection with the audience. This venue is out of this world with incredible seating and great acoustic. A must.

The show was by far the best I've seen in many years and the energy in the room was unreal. Charlotte a excédé mes attentes et j'ai adoré comment on chantait tous toutes les paroles de toute ses chansons. La première partie était bonne mais on comprenait juste pas les paroles que chantait Charlie H. Le seul endroit où j'enlève un étoile est envers NAC car les sièges vers l'avant sont presque tous a la même hauteur et je ne voyais pas bien puisque quelques personnes en avant de moi qui sont plus grands me cachait. C'est la première fois que ca m'arrive dans une salle de spectacle. Autre que ca, la salle est absolument magnifique. Merci!

Charlotte Cardin was EXCELLENT at the NAC in Ottawa. Everything was perfect, the sound, the band, Mike, the minimaliste decor with the colour theme, love the monochrome effect. Charlotte really impressed me as she was able to please the crowd. Vraiment épatante.

Seriously one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Charlotte Cardin is one of the best vocalists (if not the best) I’ve heard live. Phenomenal show and would attend again. Shout out to her crew and Marco for being amazing as well.
Charlotte was amazing and I just love to see an artist at the NAC. So much better than an arena! Beautiful room and very good sound. We had great seats and Charlotte is so adorable and talented.
I arrived shortly before the show to find someone sitting there. We both had the same seats reserved. After some discussion with the young lady (usher), she called a manager, then another and another until we were able to resolve the problem. The initial person helping was patient, attentive and (unnecessarily) extremely apologetic. Somehow the person in my seat was there for the show on Saturday but managed to get in and be seated without anyone realizing it or stopping them. All this to say, issue was resolved and staff was extremely courteous and friendly. There needs to be a review of who gets in and how someone could enter with a ticket for another event. The staff who helped to me toy seat and then resolve the dilemma was great and hope the management appreciate her efforts and professionalism.
Charlotte Cardin was probably one of my favourite show ever. She had a great presence on stage and her voice was exactly like on her album. Highly recommend!
