THIS WAS THE FIRST RACE THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE EVER ATTENDED IN PERSON...WE NEVER MISS A RACE ON T.V. THE CROWD, THE NOISE, THE ATMOSPHERE, THE WHOLE WEEKEND WAS UNFORGETTABLE !!! WE WERE VERY EXCITED TO SEE "LOWE'S" DURING A DAYTIME AND A NIGHTIME RACE.... EACH MEMORABLE FOR ITS OWN FEATURES. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT TRIP SOUTH !!!
I rode over a 1,0000 miles from Northern Canada on my Harley to see this race. It was my first time at Lowes Motor Speedway and it certainly won`t be my last. I had a great time, even with all the rain. I hope to be renewing my Tickets next year for sure.
Everyone who purchased a ticket for the Coc-Cola 600 was treated to lunch on the front stretch. There where barbecues set up all along the front stretch with hot-dogs and hamburgers for everyone as well as cold salad, drinks and desert. Seeing Jimmy Johnson and Ryan Newman in person was the highlight of our trip. We tried to see the race but after the 100th lap and heavy rain we headed home. We still weren't dissappointed because if was the 50th anniversary of the track and also Memorial Day so the opening cerimonies where amazing as well and very moving. All in all, I would return to Lowe's Motor Speedway and try to see a race again.
Track and race was unforgettable. Everything was very professional. The racing was great.
