Great entertainment. Will see another but will not buy floor tickets again. had to crane necks to see the stage over heads sitting in front. Stadium seating would have been better.
The event was well planned with something going on at all times. The acrobats were amazing, very agile. The jumping was superb. The clowns kept the show going throughout so there was no time for boredom. We really enjoyed the whole performance. Well worth going to and would recommend it to young and old.
The show was wonderful and always a new and exciting act to watch. I have been to 4 different Cirque du Soleil and all were very good. and very entertaining with an element of surprise. I would eventually like to see all of them.
Took the family to Dralion - lots of fun. The clowns were great, and the athletic prowess of the performers is amazing. Favorites included the couple in blue in the second half, and the trampoline artists.
I quite enjoyed the show but I expected more from a Cirque du Soleil event. Most of the acrobatics I've seen previously in Montreal at a student leadership conference. The circus clowns were more annoying than anything plus the child behind us who shrieked every time he laughed didn't help.
Definitely my least favorite Cirque production. Fell asleep once.
This was the first time my husband has seen a Cirque Du Soleil event. He wasn't interested previously, so I just bought tickets. Well, he thought it was amazing! The only complaint we had was with the comedy portion of the performance; the speaking portion was all in French. Their actions were funny, but it would have been nice to understand the words.
Went with my husband. We had both been to Cirque events before; he had seen Corteo and I had seen Allegria. He thought it was completely different from Corteo but it was still pretty good. I thought it was much, much better than Allegria, which I did not enjoy. I HIGHLY recommend NOT getting floor seats. We bought front row floor seats and were unable to view the stage surface, it was very upsetting. We were (luckily) able to move to a semi-empty section of our choosing because the event was not sold out. The stage was amazing, and the singing was brilliant. The performances were some things that we had seen before but that took it one step further (like the juggling and the trampoline acts). Overall, pretty enjoyable. Least favorite part though was the clowns between acts. Got very annoying, but its necessary for the performers to prepare so it is forgivable.. I guess..
The first half of the show was great!! 2nd half was a little slower.. but good show all around.
Went with 13 year old grandson, and we loved it all. It was funny, athletic and musical. We were enthralled with this complex production. Good for Cirque, another winner
This was my first time at this type of event. I was amazed on how easy they made all of the performance seem.
This was my third Cirque du Soleil show. All were amazing events. Dralion delivered all that was expected. East met West with highly entertaining energy. It very much worth every moment.
the preformers deserve our respect for the dedication and commitment it must take for the preformance displayed!
Not only was it incredible to watch, it was also really funny! I recommended it to all my friends already, I loved it!
Not one of the best cirques. Was dissapointed. Lots of errors by performers which took away from the show. Makes me think twice before buying tickets for another cirque show at rexall.
Wonderful use of props and very good acrobatics. Clowns were very funny
The Dralion Clowns made me laugh so hard I was just about in tears! This isn't the most spectacular Cirque show we've seen but it was still a great night out!
No matter where you sit, you can always enjoy the jaw dropping, butterfly-in-stomach circus of people. I want to go to everyone!!
I've seen 6 or 7 Cirque shows, both traveling and permanent (Vegas) and I was quite disappointed with Dralion. I don't think it was up to the standards of the other shows. The storyline was obscure, there was more contemporary dance than acrobatics, and there was WAY too much of the clowns. A few of the acts were amazing - the trampolines specifically - but the show was very disjointed overall. They kept showing the equipment but then not using it and there were quite a few mistakes (for a Cirque show!). Yes, amazing talent and all of that, but Dralion seemed like a second-rate show, rushed and not very original (seems like they got most of their ideas from the Peking Acrobats).
