Just watched their debut performance at the Winspear Centre last night, January 11th, playing Pink Floyd: DSOTM, and it was amazing! Wow! Thank you CAL for the wonderful performance! Bravo, and well done!
I love ❤️ it they were amazing the lead singer sounded like Fleetwood Mac and the lady playing the piano sang song bird exactly like the lady that passed away I was on la La land amazing.
The performers were excellent vocally and instrumentally. The acoustics were not as good as other venues where we’ve seen CAL shows. Sometimes tinny sound. Overall a great show!
A good listening experience, the band played and sang the songs perfectly. The band replicated the original signers making like you were listening to an album. It was a good experience. My only complaint/comment is that the band did not have alot of 'stage presence'. It was announced at the beginning of the show that they would not speak to the audience. They strickly played the songs, didn't move from their spot on the stage unless they were leaving the stage for that song. There was one guitar player off to the right that was 'dancing' with the music. He was good to watch.

Amazing collective of local and international artists who have incredible talent, the practice and dedication to learn to play what they do is always a treat! Rock music and music in general should always be played in a full length album! We should allow ourselves to be immersed into the talent of the creator without any additional visuals needed! The best part about being in Toronto is being able to see this music played back in a auditorium as Massey Hall or Roy Thompson Hall where the sound stage is by far one of the best for North America! If you can catch them when on the road, even better!
These musicians are so very talented, recreating the music you enjoyed on vinyl for so many years.
Classic Albums Live Led Zeppelin II... As expected, the show was spectacular. The lead singer captured the voice of Robert Plant well, with a little bit of David Lee Roth sprinkled into his performance. Good selection of songs after the intermission. Sound mixing was a little off though. One thing about the venue (The Arena)... There were good views of the stage from every seat and angle, but he acoustics were not the greatest. Good, passable, but not concert hall quality, which for a Classic Albums Live event is very important. That being said, Led Zeppelin is so loud that it hardly mattered at all.
Felt like I was watching zepplin themselves. Amazing talent and great show. Please Bring back again and again.
The songs were note for note like the original. Fun show. Great lead singer and great drummer.
