Collective Soul rose to prominence in the mid-’90s with 1993’s Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid. The album featured the hit single “Shine” and took Collective Soul from college radio to heavy rotation on MTV. By the end of 1995, the band (led by singer-songwriter Ed Roland) had toured with Aerosmith and Van Halen and performed “Shine” in front of thousands of fans at Woodstock ‘94. Their triple-platinum follow-up, Collective Soul (1995), included "December," "The World I Know" and "Where the River Flows," all No. 1 songs on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. Collective Soul would continue achieving career milestones well into the 2000s and 2010s, including a duet with Elton John (“Perfect Day”) and nine additional studio albums.

They played, the crowd sang along, and it was amazing! This was one of the best concerts I have ever seen! I cant wait to see them again!
The sound was terrible, you could not here the vocals at all, very little seating having to stand for the entire event on the concrete was not very fun. The opening act had a better sound mix,
This was my third time seeing Collective Soul and Flames Central was the perfect venue. Collective Soul lead singer Ed Roland as always an energetic, amazing entertainer. I love this group because they are a class act, no profanity, never vulgar, true southern gentlemen. The boys played for almost two hours and the audience loved it. I am glad they choose to play in smaller venues. You can also see their faces and how much they truly enjoy what they are doing.
This show was everything I hoped it would be, and then twice as good as that! They just didn't stop with the classic old songs. It was worth the money for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to see these guys again! I've always loved them, and now I just love em all the more ; )
I have been a Collective Soul fan since the mid 90's and this is only the second time I have been lucky enough to see them. I don't think I have ever seen a band that has got the crowd going like these boys, the crowd was absolutely electric. For nearly 2 hrs Collective Soul knocked off hit after hit adding some great new stuff. The instrumentation and vocals were almost perfect, with the exception of one or two songs the set could have been a studio recorded album. Ed Roland's energy and sincere appreciation for the audience truely set this showman apart from other singers. Would I go and see Collective Soul again? Hell yes, and I don't care how much the ticket would cost.

Seen them 4 times in Calgary now. Flames Central was a GREAT venue for this, good sound, relatively intimate. They played for almost 2 hours, very high energy. Good job guys, thanks for keeping the venue small so we can have a drink, sit (or stand, your choice), relax and enjoy great music
This was the worst I have seen them. One of the band members was either really ill with the flu, or really stoned. It was sad to see.
Great show. The Band was really enjoying themselves and put on an awesome show. They need to play a better venue though. TCU Place would be the best fit for them.
the band played most all of their big hits and their musicianship is extremely good. they really knew how to get the crowd into their songs and liked playing for us.
high energy from the start right until the last song played. Would recomend this concert to anyone that likes rock. New songs are very good. Liked the new one called Fuzzy
Hey...this was the 6th time watching these guys & they didn't dissapoint like the last time. Overall it was their 2nd best outing that i witnessed, loud,fast & heavy constantly.
The concert amazing....the parking at the venue is horrible!!!!! It was a no minors show, yet they were not prepared for the demand for alcohol, which produced 35 minute line ups to buy
The show was great with lots of energy, involvement and excellent playing. I could have listened for another 20-30 minutes and although they didn't play a few more of my favourites, the show was gratifying.
It was a great show. Amazing instrumental. I was disappointed with the vocals half the time because it seemed like the lead singer wasn't taking the time to sing into the mic properly. I also think the sound set up on the mic was off which also was causing him some trouble. Overall it was a great show, but i expected more quality.
Excellent show! The lights were fantastic and the sound superb!!! Just wish I could of sat down and watched throughout the show!! Just our luck we had 3 guys in front of us who had to of been at least 7 ft tall!! The view was better in the 10ft beer line! There's room for improvement there ; ) But don't change the rye.. wiesers is the best!!
These guys never fail to leave me with a smile- no matter what the venue the play, they always deliver an energetic and unforgettable show that incorporates great songs from the new album with all of the fan-favorites!
Another great concert by Collective Soul. The crowd was awesome singing along to all the songs and the band was great, jumping around and doing what they do best! Put on a great show.

Collective Soul was an amazing concert to see! The light display along with the lead singer - Ed Roland's performance was a fabulous sight to see. I'm happy i went to see them, and I highly recommend anyone to see this band live.
