BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Hardcore collective Comeback Kid was formed in 2000 in Winnipeg by a group of musicians in the Canadian underground punk scene. Inspired by bands like Madball and Sick Of It All, the group stunned listeners with their melodic take on traditional hardcore music. They released their debut album Turn It Around in 2003 and began touring heavily all over the world, establishing devoted fanbases in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. In 2004 they penned a deal with influential punk label Victory Records, which released their 2005 sophomore album lWake The Dead. After another stretch of worldwide touring, founding singer Scott Wade left the band in 2006 and guitarist Andrew Neufeld assumed vocal duties. Comeback Kid celebrated the 10th anniversary of Turn It Around in 2013 with crowd-packed shows across Europe and North America before releasing their landmark fifth album Die Knowing the following year.
