DALLAS SMITH IN CONCERT:
Dallas Smith first rose to fame as the frontman of alternative rock band Default, but he's sure to rise even higher as a country rock solo artist. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Vancouver-born Dallas Smith launched his music career as the frontman of post-grunge rock group Default, who enjoyed considerable success in the early '00s with their hit single "Wasting My Time". Despite the group's success, country music beckoned to Smith, and in 2012 he released his solo debut album Jumped Right In, a collection of guitar-driven country jams that landed five singles on the Canadian Hot 100. Smith racked up award nominations including Country Album of the Year at the 2013 Juno Awards and Male Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album of the Year by the Canadian Country Music Association. If 2013 wasn't busy enough he also embarked on a sold-out Canadian tour with Bob Seger, played alongside Jason Aldean, and signed with Republic Nashville. His first U.S. single "Trippin' Point" was co-written by Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard and went platinum in Canada. Smith finished 2014 by touring with Florida Georgia Line and working on his highly anticipated sophomore album.
This was one of the best shows I have been at Dallas Smith is a an awesome entertainer and the light show was fabulous - the acts before were great and it blended so well together - I forgot and thought I was sitting at Country Thunder(Craven) enjoying a Saturday afternoon ( this was better for my budget) which I also liked - I am amazed the price was so low for the great music and talent I saw thanks
The actual concert was really good but it didnt start until 2+ hours after the time it said it was going to because of all the openers, i believe there was 5 at the show i went too and it wouldve been way better if there was only 2 or 3
I have to say. Much better experience service wise then at chris stapleton. Things seemed to move along nicely, food was hotter and seemed fresher. Seating is tight! I forgot how small the brant center really is until my last 2 visits. Dallas Smith was SO GOOD! Definitely on my see again list!!!
I didnt thonk the sound system for the first 3 acts were very good. Was ready to leave if it didn’t improve for Dallas Smith but it was really good. The sound was great. He put on an awesome show, love it
It was amazing! Every performance was awesome! Lover every minute of it... especially Meghan Patrick. She was my favorite moment!! I bought the ticket just to see her and she did not disappoint!!
Top notch performance! This is my 3rd time seeing Dallas, and I cannot wait until he is back in Calgary!!
Was great Thought some of the other entertainers would have sung more than one or two songs Shaun Austin and Dallas Smith were fantastic

I went in having seen Dallas Smith before with the CMT concert series. But this, this was like a mini festival packed into one evening. 4 openers plus Dallas was amazing! Such a great night of music to be enjoyed. I won't give away all the secrets of this concert but 100% would recommend.
The whole evening was great but the James Barker Band and Dallas Smith were the highlight of my evening. Absolutely loved them!
Show was incredible from start to finish! All acts were super high energy and fun, and everyone sounded amazing. James Barker Band we’re incredibly entertaining and Dallas Smith blew us away. Played all his biggest hits, threw in some Default and kept the party going until the end. Top notch!
Security was good, lenient concert so could move around freely. The concert itself was excellent as usual. Great venue
This concert was so amazing! The opening acts were great pump ups for Dallas Smith, and everyone was so interactive with the audience. I have never been disappointed by Dallas!
All the artists performed very well, The venue sound however was possibly the worst I've experienced...it ruined the performance. I heard the chris Stapleton show sounded great so not sure why this one was so bad.
The concert was awsome and the staff did a awsome job

There were so many talented musicians on this tour. Dallas Smith was exceptional and played many of his greatest songs. I was able to sing along!! I would recommend this show to everyone I know.
Dallas NEVER disappointments! He put on an incredible show. The fact that there was no waiting between a performers was the best idea! This was the best concert I have been to in a long time! Meghan Patrick was absolutely amazing! Love her to pieces!
Dallas Smith Was absolutely fantastic. His interaction with the crowd is always awesome to watch. All of his opening acts were great as well. I will make an effort to go see him again when he comes back to Winnipeg....
