DALLAS SMITH IN CONCERT:
Dallas Smith first rose to fame as the frontman of alternative rock band Default, but he's sure to rise even higher as a country rock solo artist. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Vancouver-born Dallas Smith launched his music career as the frontman of post-grunge rock group Default, who enjoyed considerable success in the early '00s with their hit single "Wasting My Time". Despite the group's success, country music beckoned to Smith, and in 2012 he released his solo debut album Jumped Right In, a collection of guitar-driven country jams that landed five singles on the Canadian Hot 100. Smith racked up award nominations including Country Album of the Year at the 2013 Juno Awards and Male Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album of the Year by the Canadian Country Music Association. If 2013 wasn't busy enough he also embarked on a sold-out Canadian tour with Bob Seger, played alongside Jason Aldean, and signed with Republic Nashville. His first U.S. single "Trippin' Point" was co-written by Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard and went platinum in Canada. Smith finished 2014 by touring with Florida Georgia Line and working on his highly anticipated sophomore album.
This was one of the best concerts I have been to. The whole friends tour was incredible and most amazing. I love how personal they all are and they interact with the audience. Dallas Smith clearly loves his audience. I must mention that the venue was amazing as well.
Dallas Smith puts on an amazing show! Everyone was on their feet the entire show and the energy in the building was insane. I can’t wait to see him again. Never hesitate to go see Dallas Smith. We love his music that much- and then some!
What a great concert. My husband and I were in the pit in Edmonton’s Rogers place and wow it was amazing! Great entertainer. Would definitely go to another one of his concerts. Dean Brody, The Reklaws, Mackenzie Porter and Chad Brownlee were all great performers as well. They all put on a perfect show. Thanks.
Fantastic concert! All of the artists were awesome! Great energy! We had a lot of fun! Only question we had was why does only half the row of seating have drink holders?
The Recklaws were better than I expected, great opener! I would have like to have seen more of Chad Brownlee, disappointed in only hearing 2 songs. Line ups at the Bars and bathrooms at Rogers were obviously way to long as usual. Ended up missing the first 3 songs from Dean Brody and Dallas Smith.
this show was an absolute party from start to finish, no complaints. everyone was great performers, tickets were definitely reasonably priced for the quality of the show.
We missed all of Chad Brownlee because we went to get drinks. A little break between artist would of been nice!
Concert was great....what i saw of it. A lot of barely 18 kids around us, standing, dancing and screaming incoherently. My wife could barely hear anything over the girl screaming in a high pitch tone over everything. I get cheering with the crowd but this girl did it throughout the show. It was a great show, performers were amazing but the crowd around us not so much.
This concert was absolutely amazing! Tickets were affordable and all the artists were amazing!
Rogers and surrounding pedways, parking and restaurants are awesome The Pit seemed either underfilled or too large. My row 2 seats should have been much closer. Bars and bathrooms always crowded.
The seats were great, the sound was good, overall good time!

Definitely go our moneys worth with the talent at his concert. Everyone put on a great show!! DO NOT like the high Admin fee tagged on to my tickets though!!!!!! Extreme
To get the deal you had out for a very limited time was amazing and to top it all off every singer was fantastic! This was like Big Valley but in my mind soooo much better. Well done Rogers! *when I say “BigValley” it’s a ton smaller but you had a combo of artists 👌 5 out 5 stars
The night started off with a great set from the Reklaws. They got the crowd involved and pumping with Long Live the Night. Then on cam Dallas Smith along with Dean Brody singing their own songs but harmonized together and they sounded fantastic. Overall a great night
Concert was great the only thing was the seats in front of us were to close no room to move
One of the best concerts I have ever been too! Dallas Smith and Dean Brody rocked the show!!! Definitely would see them again and again!
It was a night I won't soon forget, all the acts were amazing and it was great that some of them came and met with some of us for photos. I brought my 6 year old who is a huge Dallas Smith fan and she danced around and sang with every song! Best show I’ve been to this year!
