Derek Hough is the most nominated male choreographer in Emmy Awards history, with 12 nominations and 3 wins. His prolific career as a dancer includes appearances in TV, film and stage productions such as NBC’s Hairspray Live! and Disney’s High School Musical The Musical: The Series. Hough began dancing at the age of 11 in his hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah, before moving to London with sister Julianne Hough, who has joined him on sold-out tours. Derek Hough gained notoriety as a dancer on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, partnering with celebrities and earning a record-breaking six mirror ball trophies. Hough, who is also a New York Times bestselling author, completed his first nationwide solo tour (Derek Hough Live: The Tour) in 2019.

was great. I loved it. The only thing I would Improve is the sound system in the theater. It was okay but definitely can be better quality. Static and not great sound waves at times Overall great experience 👍
It would have been good to get a more accurate depiction of how far to the left of the stage the seats in the L section actually were. The seating chart is misleading as it looks like we were just offside but in fact we were so far to the left we spent a lot of time watching the monitor instead of the stage. I still thought the performance was outstanding.
He was very entertaining, along with his wife and the other dancers.
Derek Hough has taken his show to a new level. It is a celebration of Dance in its purest form with multiple genres and great music for all to enjoy. He adds a personal touch and an incite into a recognizing a better YOU and better world. He is more than just a dancer as he demonstrates his own singing and instrumentalism that can rival other superstars capabilities. He is a dancer first but could easily be the next crooner and when paired with his wife, Fred and Ginger are truly history and the names Derek and Hailey will be remembered if given the chance for the broad spectrum of Hollywood remakes of the grand musicals or the creation of new films in the musical genre..

Derek's show was nothing short of spectacular from his vocals to his dancing and everything in between. All of the dancers on tour are extremely talented. It felt like a privilege to watch newlyweds Derek and Hayley dance together. The audience could definitely feel the love they have for each other through their dance.
OVERALL SATISFACTION WAS VERY GOOD-HIGH ENERGY PERFORMANCE FROM ALL PARTICIPANTS ON STAGE. GREAT VARIETY OF DANCES & COSTUMES WHERE TO IMPROVE: THE SOUND LEVEL WAS MUCH TOO HIGH TO THE POINT I HAD TO STUFF TISSUE IN MY EARS TO MUTE THE SOUND TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL THE LIGHT SHOW WAS TOO AGGRESSIVE. TOO MANY LIGHTS ON STAGE BEHIND THE DANCERS WHERE I WAS UNABLE TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HAD TO LOOK AT THE JUMBOTRONS TO VIEW THEM. ALSO THEY WERE SHINING INTO THE EYES OF THE AUDIENCE AND BLINDING US AT TIMES

Derek was amazing as usual. We have seen him several times. BUT, too much contemporary dance in this show. He made his name doing ballroom and creative approaches to old standards. This show was a diversion from the past. Not as interesting a show. However, Derek still is the worlds best.
After a two hour drive to Windsor, the show was so much more than I expected. It was so amazing that I bought tickets for the next day for Orillia and drove three and a hours to watch the show again. It was completely worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
I didn’t want the show to end! Planning on seeing it again! Loved it!

The show was awesome and beautiful he give a very good performance I would go see him again. The theatre was beautiful also I enjoyed the show every minute of it
