Venue is top notch! Performers were spot on! Love the concept of watch the movie with the songs being played live! Lots of energy, especially in the 2nd half concert.
I was very disappointed with this show. Considering the price of tickets, I expected much more than just watching the movie!
I honestly didn't know what we were going to see that night. It was a mother's day gift for my mom and wife. I saw the instruments and was wondering how this was going to work. The band played and sang throughout the movie and they were amazing. It was a very different way to watch the movie and I think they nailed it. We didn't stay late for the house dance party as my wife had work the next day. Overall it was an excellent show.
The evening was just incredible from beginning to the end. It was a wonderful way to start my birthday. I couldn’t ask for a better way to spend it. I would relive the moment all over again. I certainly had “ the time of my life”.
This wea an excellent show! My mom, sister and I had a blast!
I really enjoyed this experience but felt a bit mislead from the shows description when I originally purchased my tickets. I didn’t realize that we would be screening the entire movie, while a small band played. I thought there would be live professional dancing for some reason, and a bit more theatrics. Still an enjoyable experience but not sure I’d spend $60+ to do it again.
I took my mother to this for her birthday. The band was talented and entertaining. Having recognizable music helped as well that all ages would enjoy. Sounded fantastic with the movie and enjoyed listening to all the songs back to back during the dance party. Was an enjoyable experience and Mom loved it which was important. I could have continued listening to the saxophone playing for the rest of the night.
I was excited about this concert. Thought oh cool there will be dancers and play out the scenes but instead it was 3 singers and a band that played/sang along with the music. A lot of people left during intermission.
Thought it would be live musical with live dancing. Band was good.
I think it was the most expensive movie I have ever seen. The singers were good, however I expected more than just them wearing an outfit. I think I may have look at them 4 time total during the performance other than that I watch the movie. Had I known it was just that I would have watched the movie from the comfort of my own home for free.
Unfortunately the show was not what I expected. I would not have paid 55$ to watch Dirty Dancing on a big screen and listen to a band play through the music scenes. I thought it was a concert with professional dancers, Vegas Style. The band was great it’s just not what I thought it would be.
If I wanted to watch a movie I could have stayed at home, Was expecting something different. The original post I saw didn't say anything about being a movie, had I known I would not have bought these tickets as we were driving 2 hours for this show. Actual dancing would have helped this show be more of a theater production . The singers did a great job but wasn't enough to entertain us.
When purchasing the dirty dancing in concert tickets for my moms bday gift, I had no clue what to expect. Thank god, I bought them cause this act was amazing, super interactive. It was something different I had never seen before, almost reminded in of a broadway show brought to Windsor. I would definitely love to see them again.
Felt like I was in the movie theatre. But the band was good when they played. The “dance party” should be at the beginning or maybe right before intermission.
I tried to research how the show "Dirty Dancing"would be and couldn't find anything. Sometimes the live music was too loud, and you couldn't hear the actors' lines. All seats in the theatre should be the same price. I'm glad I didn't pay for floor seats. Overall, Dirty Dancing was good and brought back some great memories from when I first watched it.
