Amazing show but everything is very expensive! Also didn’t have enough places opened to purchase items which meant very long line ups.
We absolutely loved the show but it was ridiculous how much the snacks cost. $26 for a bag of popcorn is ridiculous.
Disney on ice was awesome! I liked how they recreated the movies for everyone, old and young!
Magical show, great talent on the ice. Love the colors and the costumes! Wonderful to watch and makes me nostalgic every time. The only downfall I would say is the gift kiosks. I think a small gift should be included for every child, with ticket price reflecting this (but not 20$ per gift!). It is not fair that these gifts start at 20$ and up. The popular wand is 40-50$ each. We are fortunate, but many families struggle to afford this. Leaving some kids feeling left out. I remember as a kid, my parents could not afford this. I was taught well not to count on the materiel things in life... However, the kiosks are in your face as you enter, I think this could be more child friendly. As that is what Disney is all about! Making it magic for the kids. Just a thought. But absolutely enjoyed the show. Thank you
My daughters loved the show as did I, we go every year- only down fall was the 20$ lemonade and 20$ cotton candy.
Only negative was prices of popcorn and cotton candy!
The show was okay but after what we experienced last year we were a bit disappointed. Way too much time spent on filler characters like Gaston, the bandits from Tangled, etc. A scene that could be quite scary for small kids- Gaston stabbing the beast with a knife. This show is basically 5 stories condensed- Ariel, Moana, Tangled, beauty and the beast and Frozen, with Moana getting just a sliver of time compared to the other princesses (and filler characters). Compared to the 2022 show- Frozen and Encanto, which was amazing, this one was just okay. Kids still enjoyed it and that's what's important.
This was my first time seeing Disney on ice. I went with a friend and my 2 young kids. I was very impressed by the show. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The costumes and special effects we’re breathtaking. Looking forward to your next visit! I might make this a family tradition:)
Sorry I did not enjoy this show. My daughter did not seem to enjoy it either. We were expecting Toy Story. We only knew Frozen.
The show was amazing as always. The new costumes were beautiful. As a family who attends every year it was delightful. Only one complaint the food and souvenir prices were to high. Thank you. Bonny Wilkinson
Kids and adults will love it. Super fun experience! Will watch it again. :)
It was an awesome and amazing experienced to watched a show like this. Characters performed well and had their masterpiece in each role. Highlighted to it I’d love most Moana, Arielle & Frozen others too ore fantastic.
Fantastic show, truly an experience! Would highly recommend
I purchased the tickets as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old grandson. He loved it :) we all loved it. It was a great day.
My 2 year old loved it I was disappointed there was noone to help you find your seats, the show was alright but nothing amazing i wish they had different story lines then just wants in the movie. I wish all the princesses were present and that Enchanto was part of it.
Loved Disney on Ice again this year! It’s a show not to be missed. Definitely worth it!
Is always very magical but time to refresh! Please bring in new show! This one has been the same one for over 5 years
The show was fantastic! We brought our 3-year-old granddaughter for her first time ice show. She was absolutely mesmerized and enjoyed all her souvenirs! I got emotional when Mrs. Potts sang "Beauty and the Beast" since it was a staple performance when our kids were young and attended Disney on Ice. This event is always spectacular and never gets old! Kudos to all!
Great show! Great prices on the tickets, a little pricey on merchandising which we knew about but still a little pricey…..could also use more merchandising stands so the lines aren’t as long, may make things easier and go a bit faster! Loved being able to add my tickets to my wallet on my phone! Overall GREAT experience!! We enjoyed the show and can’t wait for the next one to come to Ottawa!!
The show was wonderful and we had a great time! The skaters are amazing and we loved singing along to our favourite songs! However, the cost of memorabilia and snacks left a lot to be desired. It was 26$ for a medium popcorn with a cheap plastic Mickey Mouse bucket, a 20$ cotton candy with a cheap Olaf hat felt like robbery. There should never be that high of a markup. I paid less for my ticket to the show than I did for 2 items at the concession stand. The skaters were much more worth it than the cotton candy. It’s too bad, because if things cost less we would’ve bought more and they would’ve ended up with the same profit if not better.
