Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto transports families into the realms of two of Disney’s most popular films. Watch as Anna, Elsa, and Olaf tell the extraordinary story of sisterhood in Frozen (Act One) before Mirabel, Isabela, Luisa, and Bruno take center stage in Encanto (Act Two). The entire show features high-flying acrobatics and stunning special effects. Hosted by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Frozen & Encanto showcases world-class ice skaters and elaborate costuming that brings two of Disney’s most beloved stories to life.

The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

    The story lines from both Frozen and Encanto were very well done. The singing was wonderful. The costumes and special effect props were wonderful, the home from Encanto was incredible, and the caribou from Frozen with the self propelled wagon was quite impressive.

    Frozen was excellent. The way it was managed was beautifully done, but Encanto! I was expecting something better, kids lost interest on that one, it was mostly for adults.

    If you're been wondering if Disney on Ice is worth it for your kids it is. We took our almost 2-year-old Frozen/Encanto-loving toddler and she loved every single second. We got a kick out of her seeing amazement seen Elsa and Mirabel in real life. In this show specifically, the aerial parts in Encanto were massively impressive.

    The show was great kids seem to enjoy it. The issue was fire alrm sounding off. No one came on over head mic to say everything is fine or please exit building . Stairs leading to seat supper dark could have lite every other row unit show time . Show was fine , also the swag was way over priced .

    Disney on Ice was great from start to finish. Encanto was absolutely incredible. The music was great, the skating was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful! Fun for all ages. My 5 year old is already asking when we can go again!
