Pure Disney magic! Strongly recommend for a day out with kids.
Les produits promotionnels étaient hors de prix ! Je pense qu'il serait important de vendre les produits à un prix abordable.
I thought the presentation was excellent, the start and end time, and the intermission gave me enough time to go to the bathroom with the children. Definitely very well organized. As for the structure of the show, the lights were always on the same rhythm as the music, and the quality of the presentation was excellent. I would come back more often if I could!
Overall the experience and show was great. The performers were energetic and enthusiastic and the music and sound were clear but really loud. Usually sound doesn't bother me but i did have to put earbuds in to dampen the sound.
Great production loved by kids and adults - Encanto was absolutley amazing!
It was an overall enthralling experience getting transported to Frozen and Encanto and the characters. In the beginning the sound clarity was not that good but it improved over the course of the performance. A suggestion would be to turn up the volume a lit bit more.
The performance was amazing. Singing along to Disney songs is always a pleasure.
My daughter loved the show, the performance, the songs, the effects, all is great. I must however recommend against parking at the Bell Center, the area gets completely jammed and it becomes hard to move at all. To avoid some of the jam we tried arriving earlier (around 12:45 pm, show was at 3:00 pm). We were told that we were too early despite the website mentioning we could arrive as of 12:00 pm, so we had to go park on the street for a while and pay an extra parking, which was very frustrating.
Just beautiful from the begining to the end. Just one question... will we be seeing Frozen 2 anytime on Disney on Ice? We would love that.
It was a good show in general. The Encanto part was amazing and we all enjoyed it. The frozen part was ok, it’s been the same thing for the last few year! I thought they would do at least 1-2 scenes/songs from frozen 2 I stead of the same exact scenes from frozen 1 as the last few shows …
My 1 year old and 3 year old loved the performance!
I really enjoyed the show. My five year old daughter enjoyed it as well. I felt that the Encanto portion of the show was a bit rushed and should of had more story lines and details like Frozen.
Un très beau spectacle mais les a côté c’était vraiment dispendieux
Place was easy to access. Even with low cost ticket we can see the show quite well and actually benefit from being on higher grounds to see the light effects on the ice better than if we would have been closer. Choreography are magnificent, accessories, costumes, everything is pretty beautiful. Kids were so happy. I recommend it definitely
Spectacle magique, ambiance incroyable! Je recommande fortement à tout les fans de Disney. Création de souvenirs pour toujours!
As always things are too expensive at the bell centre but the show was lovely and kids enjoyed it!
Overall the show was good. But it’s time to forget frozen. It’s outdated now, why not chose frozen 2.. the encanto part was great. That saved the show
It was a great show but the organizers need to remember that they are kids there so they need to organize a path to exit away from all the stands and the people standing to buy stuff. It was impossible to navigate and for a person with claustrophobia, it was literally a nightmare to try to navigate between everyone and holding on to my kid tight so I don't lose her. Great show, not a great organization
Thé show was better than I expected. My little 4 years old really liked it, especially Minnie Mouse and Elsa. What I didn’t appreciate was the price of all the gifts and popcorn. Too expensive!!
