Doja Cat is a multi-platinum rapper and singer from the suburbs of Los Angeles. Born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, the hip-hop sensation has carved a lane for herself by deftly melding rap with R&B sampling, melodic pop hooks, and boundary-pushing, cinematic visuals. After being signed by RCA Records at just 17, Doja Cat went viral as an internet meme thanks to her 2018 single “Mooo!” Her breakout Top 10 album Hot Pink was released the following year, earning the rising star her first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Say So” featuring Nicki Minaj. Since then, Doja has dropped two more smash albums — 2021’s Planet Her and 2023’s Scarlet — and scored a litany of genre-busting crossover hits including the GRAMMY-winning “Kiss Me More” featuring SZA, “Need to Know,” “Woman,” “Best Friend” with Saweetie and “Paint the Town Red” — the latter being her first solo No. 1 and biggest single to date. In 2026, Doja Cat will embark on the Tour Ma Vie World Tour in support of her fifth studio album Vie.
