Rating: 5 out of 5by lololo on 2013-09-17Pantages Playhouse Theatre - Winnipeg Rating: 5 out of 5 Don Williams is a TRUE Country Legend
by MassiveFan on 2013-09-17Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegI have seen Don Williams in concert several times and he never disappoints. He is a true country legend. My husband and I have been married for 8 years now and chose a Don Williams song as "our song" at our wedding. I love, love, love, Don Williams
Rating: 4 out of 5 Show was great! The venue not so much.
by PastorRed on 2013-09-17Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegDon Williams was wonderful! The venue was hot, many people were sweating and uncomfortable. I asked the usher if the A/C was not working, he said that it was controlled by the city and so he could do nothing about it.
Rating: 3 out of 5 Don Williams great, audience pathetic
by boxerbob on 2013-09-17Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegDon Williams himself was great. Laid back, voice just fine, old time hit after hit. The audience stunk. With an older audience, expected better behaviour from them. Cell phones on, cameras flashing, looking into their purses to see what they were missing on the phone, with the light shining brightly. One even pulled out her iPad when her cell phone died. If the show didn't entertain, the ushers running around telling people to turn them off did. And people ask what's wrong with the kids nowadays. Just take a look at this group, and you can figure it out. One of the worst audiences I've been in, and I've seen hundreds of shows. Otherwise, not bad.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Happy Don was able to make it back to Winnipeg
by KaLoPo on 2013-09-16Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegDon was on his "last tour" a couple of years ago, but I had tickets to some big rock show that night (I forget who), so I'm glad he was able to do another tour. He looked a bit frail, but his voice is holding up remarkably and his patter with the audience was spontaneous and humorous. The mostly senior crowd contributed lots of whistles and applause. His opening act (Trevor Somebody) was very good and he also had an easy rapport with the crowd. I hope he becomes a headliner some day.
Rating: 5 out of 5by versatile on 2013-09-16Pantages Playhouse Theatre - Winnipeg This was a great show-I enjoyed his newer songs, but always enjoy the old ones. Just seeing and listening to Don makes my day. His choice of a opening act was great.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Don Williams - Still the Best
by Kdp55 on 2013-09-16Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegDon's voice is still as strong and melodic as was in the 70's and he continues to thrill Winnipeg audiences. The building was full and responded with two standing ovations after his hour and a half show. Don was thrilled with the audiences rendition of " You've Got A Friend".
Rating: 4 out of 5by hunkie on 2013-09-16Pantages Playhouse Theatre - Winnipeg Don Williams had a great show - as usual. He is so very nice to go and see. Very relaxing. We love his music and can just sit and listen to him.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Don Williams Concert Wpg
by mbfarnorth on 2013-09-16Pantages Playhouse Theatre - WinnipegMy husband loves Don Williams, and i had heard some songs but wasn't really sure what songs were his. I went for my husband, and I just had a great time! My step-daughter even went with us and she enjoyed herself too. And even the singer who opened for his was fabulous! I can't remember his name, but he was funny and a great story teller. I would go again if Don Williams came back.

by Bren on 2013-09-14Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonWe had excellent seats. Row 2 cente stage and I told my husband that this was one of the best concerts all year. 1. We had great seats and our view was amazing. 2. Don Williams sounded the same as he did 30 years ago. 3. I enjoyed listening to his new songs and I especially enjoyed singing along with him to his older songs. We had a great time and look forward to seeing him again when he returns to Edmonton!
Rating: 4 out of 5by NanaPat on 2013-09-13Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton Went with my daughter who has loved his music since she was a little girl listening to 8 tracks at my mom's. After concert she wished we could go to Saskatoon the next night.
Rating: 4 out of 5 don williams
by flustrated on 2013-09-13Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonI love Don Williams. He is my favorite country singer and ranks up there with Patsy Cline in my books. My only complaint is the length of his show, an hour and 15 minutes for his set is not enough. The entire show, opening act and all was only 2 hours of which more that 20 minutes was an intermission. If his set is that short then maybe two opening acts are required.
Rating: 5 out of 5 We loved Don Williams concert.

Rating: 5 out of 5 Don Williams
by squeekytoes on 2013-09-13Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonAbsolutely fabulous !!! Sounded as wonderful as I had hoped they would, a dream come true !!! The Jubilee is such a wonderful auditorium I wish all my concerts could be there. The only thing I could say that was maybe a downfall was the 2 big lights that shine directly on the lead singer (Don) were way to bright and sadly made it hard for the crowd to see him clearly... Other than that perfection !!!
Rating: 5 out of 5 He gets better with time.
by cuddly on 2013-09-13Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonThis time my whole family went to the concert . We age from 58 to 23. We all loved it. It still amazes me how he can hold the people spellbound. We will defiantly go again if he comes back. .
