About
Drew Parker on Tour
Swiftly making a name for himself as a solo country artist, Drew Parker was already known in Nashville as a go-to songwriter. Before he launched his solo career, he had been co-writing hit tunes on Luke Combs' platinum album This One's For You as well as Jake Owen's single "Homemade."
Known as a quintessential country artist, Parker's songwriting is genuine and honest and resonates with fans across the globe. Growing up in Georgia constantly listening to country music on the radio, he was always captivated by skilled singers with strong voices.
After stints singing at local churches and venues, Parker decided to go to college, but realized at the age of 21 that his heart was really in music and moved to Nashville to pursue it as a career. In addition to writing songs for renowned country artists, he signed to Warner Music and released his 2020 debut full-length album, While You're Gone. Don't miss the chance to catch this gifted rising country artist when he comes to a city near you.
Drew Parker Live in Concert
Raised in Covington, Georgia, listening to '90s country artists including Keith Whitley, Brooks & Dunn and Travis Tritt, Drew Parker first discovered his love for music when singing in church at a very young age. Smitten by gospel singers he saw performing, he convinced his parents to let him travel around and sing at various churches in the area. When not listening to gospel music he was always listening to country, but it wasn't until he was 18 that he decided to sing country music himself.
Parker made his singing debut at an open-mic night at a local pizza joint. He made such a good impression that the owner asked him to come back and put on a full show for the crowd. Parker hired a guitar player and they learned three-hours' worth of country music covers, which is where his career in country music all started.
Now an in-demand songwriter signed to a major label (Warner Music), Parker has a bright future ahead, landing on SiriusXM's "Future Five For 2021" list and amassing more than 15 million streams and counting for his fan-favorite tune "While You're Gone."
