Detroit son and controversy king Eminem made a much-anticipated return the top of the charts in 2013 with The Marshall Mathers LP 2, his sixth consecutive No. 1 album on the Billboard 200. Donning his signature bleached buzzcut at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards, Em performed album singles "Berzerk" and "Rap God," leaving little doubt in the minds of ticket buyers that he's as passionate about his highly personal songs as ever. Eminem rose to success under the tutelage of Dr. Dre, making his debut with 1999's breakout The Slim Shady LP. Since then, he has proven himself to be a touring juggernaut, radio sensation, and consistent force on the hip hop charts, releasing a string of No. 1 records throughout the 2000s. In addition to collaborations with Rihanna, Elton John and mentor Dre., he is also credited with discovering and signing Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. His autobiographical early tracks describing his experiences as a white rapper in Michigan culminated in the 2002 film 8 Mile, which starred Eminem as himself and contained the song “Lose Yourself,” an opus about his early life in underground rap battles that earned him an Oscar for Best Original Song. At his 2013 live concerts, Em has been treating fans to his greatest hits and cuts from the new album, building anticipation for 2014's The Rapture Tour.

I have been a huge fan of Eminem my entire life. It was a dream come true when my husband got us floor tickets for his show w/ Rihanna back in 2014. Better yet it was in his hometown! By far the best concert ive ever attended and ive been impatiently waiting ever since for another opportunity to see him live.
Eminem go on tour for your fans! The younger generation loves you just as much as the older generation.
Went to Detroit's 2nd Monster Tour show from Toronto Aug 23 2014. I'll never forget the sight of Eminem being elevated onto the stage, strapped to a table, nodding his head to Rihanna's Numb, and just killing it the entire night. I still remember the mystery behind his SHADYXV shirt that night, which to what I thought was going to be SSLP2 announcement. Regardless- that was a legendary night. I'll never forget Rihanna's nipple ring sparkling through her shirt up on the big screen.
My mom, her best friend and I travelled from Toronto, Ontario for The Monster Tour at the MetLife Stadium in Jersey. It was hands down the most amazing concert I have ever been to. Mr. Mathers was phenomenal!!! I'm only 17 but it has been a dream of mine to see my hero live and I wouldn't have traded it for the world. He performed his classics and of course some of his new tracks of MMLP2. He is never a disappointment, I would pay $500 to go again, given the opportunity. SHADYXV. Coming soon!! -Stan p.s I guess Rihanna was alright.
We attended the Monster Tour concert in Pasadena from Alberta Canada! It was everything we expected and more
