Green Day redefined punk rock in a post-grunge world. Rising from the Bay Area punk scene in 1987, the band released several EPs before coalescing into their long-standing lineup of vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tré Cool. The trio shared the independent album Kerplunk in 1991 before releasing their major label debut Dookie in 1994. Behind singles like “Longview,” “Basket Case” and “When I Come Around,” which each topped the Alternative Airplay chart, Dookie reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Dookie earned Green Day three Grammy nominations, including a win for Best Alternative Music Performance, and the album continues to stand as the band’s best-selling release with over 20 million copies sold worldwide. Green Day followed with 1995’s Insomniac and 1997’s Nimrod, with the latter boasting the band’s biggest creative shift with the rare acoustic single, “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life).” After 2000’s Warning, Green Day spent the next few years developing their first of several ambitious projects, the 2004 punk rock opera American Idiot. The album became Green Day’s first to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and it logged two Top 10 singles with “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” and “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” American Idiot garnered seven Grammy nominations and won two, including Best Rock Album. The band won the Best Rock Album Grammy again with 2009’s concept album 21st Century Breakdown. A stage adaptation of American Idiot debuted on Broadway in 2010 and won two Tony Awards and a Grammy for the cast recording. Furthermore, Green Day were first-ballot inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.

I’ve been a fan of Green Day all my life growing up and seeing them performed Dookie and American Idiot in their entirely felt out of this world amazing level. Don’t miss out this tour!
One of the best shows I ever saw. Great entertainment and the atmosphere was amazing. I recommend it!
Green Day's concert was a nostalgic thrill, covering American Idiot and Dookie albums in full.
It was really good, they had great sound and great energy
really really good.......................glad i got there........................................................................
Had not had a chance to see Green Day previously. So this was a first and they did not disappoint. I could not believe how hard they went for so long.
Amazing show. Good venue. Long line-up for mech is my only complaint.
Even at the 30th anniversary of Dookie, Green Day put on an amazing show. The Smashing Pumpkins opened with loud, dark, and moving songs to really get you in that concert mood. They played extremely well and sounded the same as on the records. That being said though, Green Day stole the show. Their ability to interact with the crowd and get the crowd singing along is unbelievable. At their age, I would never believe I would have seen such a good show. The vocals sounded true to the original tracks too. All love, keep it up
Loved Green Day. Was sometimes hard to hear the singers, long line ups.
