Went with my bridge group. All different personalities and musical preferences— everyone one of us loved this production.
Devin Brayne who portrays Johnny Cash does an amazing impersonation! The gal who is June Carter has an amazing voice and the other musicians were great! Interesting history of Johnny Cash
We enjoyed the show!!! And will recommend to everybody.
This was an awesome show. Now that I know they do other entertainers will look into it.
Excellent performance by everyone on stage with beautiful voices and great stories and wonderful pictures!
We really enjoyed this show! The singer sounded so much like Johnny Cash! He was great as was the whole performance and interesting tidbits of Johnny Cash’s life. Really entertaining!
Loved this show. The story & the music of Johnny Cash.
We enjoyed every minute. The local talent was superb
The story, the music! It was great!!! Love seeing shows when you know almost all the tunes. Highly recommend.
The story telling, singing, and sound was great, but the visuals were being run off of someone's laptop and it looked like a very amateur production from that standpoint...blue screen, email icons, etc.
This performance was beyond fabulous. The singer captured Johnny Cash not only in his amazing voice range and tone but the nuances of Johnnys stage presence. Very good backup band as well. The stories about Johnnys career journey and the roots of his early life were very interesting, informative, and illuminating. Well done Alberta musicians and well done to the producer for putting this concept concert together.
We really enjoyed Folsom Prison Revisited. Music and story was excellent.
This was an incredible show, it left me wanting more. I laughed, I cried, and I felt so nostalgic for the road trips with my dad as a kid where he blasted so many of his favourites including Johnny Cash. We still listen to the Man in Black when I'm home for a visit. The performers were amazing and truly seem to enjoy the music and friendly banter. I couldn't tell if the "mistakes"were choreographed or real, but the humanness made it endearing :) My husband and I promptly bought tickets to another show by this team after attending the Folsom Prison production.
Excellent show. Performance well done. Throughly enjoyed the complete show.
We thoroughly enjoyed the JC impersonator...he even had the moves. My husband (who is not a JC fan) was also impressed with the performance. June Carter was excellent as well as the band. Overall, it was a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon.
Awesome performance. We had seen the Million Dollar Quartet so we knew that the experience would not disappoint us. Lead singer was very interactive with the crowd, and sounded like Johnny Cash. Music, story, acoustics, visuals and location surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend attendance at this performance when it’s available in your city. Excited to hear Linda Ronstadt in March 2024.
Amazing show and the actors were so talented. Great story about Johnny Cash
This is the 2nd time I have seen Devon perform as Johnny Cash, and he was equally as good, however, this Folsom Prison Revisted was OUTSTANDING!! We were 3 rows from the stage (excellent seats), had excellent customer service to get to our seats (handicap), and WOW WOW WOW! Devon has Johnny Cash's habits/voice down pat - he doesn't look like him, but he sounds just like him - close your eyes, and you'd think Johnny was singing to you, for sure. Every single song was fabulous and I didn't want it to end. The crowd didn't either, as he got a standing ovation, and came back out for more fun. Thank you for a fabulous afternoon - it made my day!
Music, Performance, lighting, storytelling was really good. Would have been even better if some of his gospel songs were incorporated to show this part of his life/music.
