The sound quality was very poor. Considering the acoustics of the church. So much echo it was hard to follow the conversation. Audience questions could not be heard. For that price they could have hired a sound technician. Also the seats were extremely uncomfortable.
For $71 I expected more than just a book signing. And with 1200 people in the audience in a large church one would think the organizers would have figured out that a microphone for the questions would have been needed. I left early as it was just too pathetic to listen to Fran asking people to pass the question up the pews like broken telephone.
I was looking forward to this night and you totally ruined it. You were unable to have a sound system so we can hear her. And no mic for the question from the people. Some people left because it was so bad.
