The show is incredible. The audience, however, was rude and disruptive. The children in attendance were better behaved than some of the adults. People need to smarten up, turn off their phones, and show some respect towards the cast and crew that have worked so hard to make this show a magical experience.
It was a little underwhelming and messy in some parts. A few songs were done well. I felt they didn't maximize their use of the stage well.
Well worth the price, this was terrific entertainment, and everything my family had hoped it would be.
First Broadway experience for us, we really enjoyed each moment. The ushers were enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming. The Musical was fun and magical.

This was an unforgettable broadwayshow. Amazing music and cast. Story is lovely. Memorable time for grandma and her granddaughter. Cassie Levy is an amazing Elsa.
Great adaptation to the movie. The props and scene transitions are wonderful, and add to the magic of the movie. Probably one of the best and amazing first acts I have seen, while second half was just okay. Not all of the newly added songs work all that well. As with many Broadway adaptations, the show is okay for children, but also targeted at an older audience.

This show exceeds expectations on all levels. Amazing acting, singing and production value. For the movie fan, all the songs are there, plus many amazing new ones.Hans and Kristoff are both featured more prominently with their own songs. The lighting effects were amazing. This tech crew should definitely win awards for this show.
