It was a dream come true to be able to see this iconic band live on their last tour. They did not disappoint
Great visual show. Musically haven’t lost anything, Nic Collins filling the drums with ease and pride. Phil is still a personality on stage, obviously not as active. His voice is not the instrument it used to be, but he still has notable moments that only he can deliver…been a fan for 42 years, will miss the live shows❤️🥲🍻
I was going into the show in Toronto with huge reservations seeing videos on YouTube of the Last Domino UK tour leg. Phil was showing obvious signs of poor health, weakness in his singing voice, loss of memory on the second song verses singing the wrong line. Having said that, my expectations were highly lowered but respectfully still loving the idea of seeing my fave band of all time for what could be the final time live. Guess what? Phil blew it out of the water and it felt like he put so much extra effort into the first show in Toronto just for us. He was strong in voice, only flubbed once, but overall he was the Phil I grew up loving and admiring. Of course, the rest of the band was awesome as always. Even seeing Nic on the drums for the second time proved he is his “fathers son”…a real chip of the old block. Now I am sad it’s over for now. Only thing that would be nice is to have an official video release once the tour is over. That would awesome as a nice parting gift for all the fans who couldn’t get tickets either due to cost, availability or whatnot. Regardless, to the guys in the band - a huge thank you. You made this 48 year old fan very happy and gave me no regrets for choosing to spend the night and a small fortune to be entertained by you. 4/5 stars!
The band was fantastic and were generous of their time. They made an extensive review of their entire discography. One of my best shows ever!
Not my first time for Genesis but probably the last time i saw them du to Phil's health. What a great show it was. Thank you Genesis!
Genesis delivered and I was happy. It wasn't like my first Genesis experience in 1986 but I certainly enjoyed the music and the band. Will likely be my last "big" concert. Way too expensive. $675 each for seats near the sound booth??? The "VIP" experience is a cheap token and a concert poster.
Just a fun time hearing live music from one of the best bands in the world.
Some people have criticize Phil Collins for his diminished range of voice. You don't go Genesis for his range of voice. You go see Genesis for its musicians and their talent. It was an amazing show.
The second of the two nights was even better than the first. Incredible!
That’s it!
Everything was perfect. Sound, lighting, videos, entrance was fast and smooth, Genesis sounded just like they did in the 80's.
I had never seen Genesis live. When I saw Mr Collins come out with a cane and sitting down, I thought this was going to be a nice but quiet, passive performance. WRONG! I stood for almost the entire concert. Mr Collins' vocals were strong... not what they were, but still strong. Lightshow and background were excellent. While he couldn't stand for us, it was my pleasure to stand for him while he gave us the great gift of himself. And it was great to see his son playing drums... a moment of pride for father and son.
They may have gotten older and grayer but they know how to put on a show even if Phil had to sit down throughout the show. Music was amazing, the light show and sound quality was too.
OVERALL GREAT PERFORMANCE, GREAT TO SEE THESE GUYS STILL ABLE TO DO THIS!! YOUNG NIC HELD HIS OWN ON THE SKINS, THANK YOU GENESIS!!
Genesis is my all time favorite band!!! Would see them again!!
Very professional. Perfect sound. Fantastic lights and visuals. Nic was a big surprise on drums.
