It was great to see George play at such a small venue. Very up close and personal. He took time to sign autographs. His acoustic set was fabulous!! This is the second time I've seen him at the Roxy. Would be great to see other events there as well.
where was Christmas? Expected a few other songs not only 3 christmas!!!!!!!!
After much preparation to attend the concert (husband overseas and all the animals required care in my absence), packing up the kids including a 2 month old and heading into Winnipeg from Shilo for the concert turned out to be well worth the effort. George Canyon is a talented performer who didnt rely on props, just his talents and great personality to produce a very entertaining evening. I was surprised at how funny he is especially considering he wasnt feeling well. Sierra Noble, although still a little nervous, and who wouldnt be, will be successfull if she keeps following the path she's on, talented young lady. It would be my pleasure to catch another George Canyon concert....maybe he can play at Craven Country Jamboree??
I will go to see George Canyon every time I can. He is a fantastic entertainer. I love the small venues, he talks about how the songs he sings came to be. He is so comfortable on the stage, talking to the audience like he is catching up with an old friend. If you want to watch someone who obvoiusly enjoys what he is doing, thankful to be able to do it,down to earth and all around the full package, George is the man!! I will always be a fan.
George Canyon's shows are always excellent. He communicates well with the audience and is very funny each time. He involves his band in interactions with the audience. Sierra Noble is an awesome fiddle player. Her new venture into singing is a good one. We think she will go far and learn to be more comfortable with the audience.
My wife and I have a great time....Would do it again!
It was a pleasure to see George perform once again. The guy has great talent and seeing him in a smaller venue allows for his fans to see more of him emerge, more his personality and great sense of humour. Even though he was feeling under the weather, the battled through and gave us a great show.
George Canyon was great. He really interacted with the crowd and could definitly evoke emotion. He was also super funny.
What an awesome show last night. We had so much fun and a great time. Get well soon George and see you again real soon. He is going to make it really far in the music industry perhaps our own canadian version of Garth Brooks. Thank you for the great time and I can't wait to see him again. God Bless, tree

Extremely talented Sierra Noble blew me away - I wanted to get up and jig and I don't know how to jig! And George was very entertaining, humorous, and a crowd pleaser. I can't see how he didn't win Nashville Star - but he is Canada's star indeed....love the casino venue for this remarkable talent!!!
I thought he was awesome. He did all his hits and he got the audience really involved. I would recommend George Canyon to anyone.
Sierra Noble is an amazing fiddler and a great entertainer. I would definitely go to see her again - I wish she had played longer. George put on a great show (despite having a cold) and played several requests (even some he said he didn't have time to include). He seems like a great guy.
Although the show was excellent the sound could have been a bit lower so as it would have been easier to listen to the singing. We find that at all concerts the music is just too loud.
What a good friendly entertainer, handsome and a great butt What more can you ask for!
I really would have like to hear more from Sierra Noble.
George Canyon is one of the few music artists that sound really good live! He is witty and funny! He involves the audience and his band members, no one is left out! He really is a down home down to earth, family loving man and that is so nice and refreshing. You can tell that he is doing this b/c he enjoys it and makes him happy not for the publicity. He is the kind of person that you feel that you want to meet and become friends with for who he is and that comes out in his singing and song title as well! All and all one of the best performances I have seen musically. What a great night!
Sierra was great and should have a great career ahead of her. George & band do a great job, he is very personable. Great clean show.
Canyon was very good; played the crowd very well. Great venue for him to be intimate with the audience; sounded great (even though he had a cold) and the band he had with him was excellent. Played all the favourites (maybe one I didn't know).
Last night i went to see George Canyon for my 18th birthday as a gift from my parents with 5 friends! I definatly would go see George Canyon again! Not only did he make sure he visited all sides of the stage, we had some laughs and got to meet him after!!!! This was my favorite concert i have gone to!!!! I would recommend this show to everyone who loves country music! i havent stopped talking about the concert all day! it was unforgettable and the words were stuck in my head all night
