Gloryhammer are a British power metal band formed in 2010. The collective was founded by Christopher Bowes, frontman of the “pirate metal” band Alestorm, and each subsequent member of the lineup has adopted a fully developed on-stage persona -- with Bowes himself embodying the evil wizard Zargothrax. Now a six-piece that has embarked on tours across the globe, Gloryhammer have attracted audiences with their lively, armor-clad performances. The band released their debut album Tales from the Kingdom of Fife in 2013, followed by 2015’s Space 1992: Rise of the Chaos Wizards and 2019’s Legends from Beyond the Galactic Terrorvortex. In 2023, Gloryhammer released their fourth studio album, Return to the Kingdom of Fife.

What an awesome show and great venu, very much enjoyed it. Thank you ❤️
I didn’t even come here for Gloryhammer… I came here for Twilight Force, but I found myself loving GH just as much!! Their energy was off the charts. Walk With Titans was a nice surprise too!
The show was awesome!!!! The 3 bands where absolutly amazing and the theatre is beautiful, the sound was perfect and the ambiance too. Loved the show! Love walk with titans, twilight force and pf course, Gloryhammer!!!
Very cool concert and very entertaining. Had a good evening with Gloryhammer, they were preceded by two other bands (Twilight Force and Walk of Titans). Overall a very good mix of heavy and power metal and cool show. The venue sound was ok not great but I won't hold it against the bands. Hoping to see them back to Montreal in a bigger venue! Great guys & good music overall.
So much energy, so much metal, I was going "HEY!"and "HOOTS!"all night long. Will definitely come back when they come back to Montreal. Slight critic, the transition between bands was a bit long.
Excellent show. This is my third Gloryhammer show, but my first with them as headliner. They have a loyal fan base in Montréal and Québec. The crowd was really into the performance. At times, a bit too much, as certain members of the band were obviously turned off by the lack of control of the fans as many would climb on stage to stage dive. Would definitely go to see them again, I hope they come to Québec City next time.
Awesome show by an awesome band. Angus McFife sure know how to entertain a bunch of metal heads. Can't wait for the next time they come in Montreal.
