you may be thinking, why would i want to spend 15 to 20 dollars on this. TRUST ME its worth it!! if you got not the best tickets , you can watch the trotters for about 40 minutes and see what they do court side!! plus you get a somewhat private autograph signing!!

    out of date

by Sandy7 on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

it was good for young kids (under 8 years) but it was hokey and corny with a lot of poor gimicks. Such as the coach of the opposing team using an umbrella to hypnotize the Harlem Globetrotters. It would have been OK for a $20-25 ticket but certainly not for a $70 and up ticket.

the show was excellent just like remembered from 30 years ago! The sound system on the other hand was not so good.... understandably the sound has to be projected (delays and all) but with a facility that modern sound quality should be better, it happens for concerts!

    Wanted more...

by Irinka on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

It was great fun time. The players were amazing, funny, articulate, moved well. Spectacular agility!!! I only wish, that it was just more than a basketball game, I don't mean that there was not enough of jokes and tricks, but I wanted to see of "special effect" tricks. You know, how they show that on TV: slum dunks from a distance with jumps in between, jumps over a number of players in a row, or a number of obsticales, and some other acrobatics. I kept waiting for that, but now, they didn't do it. Why? Especiallyt, considering that it was 1st time Globetrotters came to TO, they could have done something more spectacular. Some elements were silly: a coach trying to put the players in a stance with his umbrella, or a strong young guy pretened to be a old former Globetrotter... However, on the whole, I had great time. Laughed a lot!

    AWESOME!!!!

by Sweet1881 on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

This event was very family oriented and the Globetrotter's were very kid friendly. They Autographed and allowed us to take pictures with them and the kids. It was a great day! The only feedback I have is to have the autograph signing more organized as it was crazy people were pushing and coming and going in all different directions.

    Harlem Globetrotters Magic Preshow

by dvalleau on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Huge waste of money! Lasted 30 minutes and then you had to stand in line for autographs...........could have done that at the show afterwards!

    Globetrotters - Silly but fun...

by Littlecindylouwho on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I was disappointed that Flightime and Big Easy from the Amazing Race weren't there. The show was fun, but definitely more geared to young children than to my 2 teenagers.

    Still very entertaining

by Sonster on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

While their skill is still incredible I can't help but think they are just not as good as the original crew I remember seeing so many times as a kid. Most of their signature shots like from center court they missed. We were assured autographs and stood in line for a half hour only to have them all leave within minutes of reaching the front of the line. Still, as always they are well worth seeing live.

It was entertaining and fun. The interaction with the Globetrotters after the game was a great idea and everyone in our group enjoyed it. We were able to get autographs and meet the players.

    Globetrotters never fail

by Seed on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

The show reminded me what being a kid was like. The guys were great and though the Globetrotters may change the show is consistent. We laughed and we "ohh"ed. There was nothing wrong with the show at all. The crowd is where the problem was... they barely cheered, unless prompted, and didn't seem to know anything about the Globetrotters or even basketball. I'm very glad we went I just wish Toronto would get with it!

    THIS WAS AWESOME!

by DisneyParents on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

We enjoyed this show more than the actual show. You get to sit right down by the court so you see the players and they allow you to go onto the court. It's very cool and FUN! There is an autograph session right after and you get to have your picture taken with the player. They choose some of the kids to go out and do some of the tricks with the players. You get a better chance with this show because there are less people.

    FUN! FUN! FUN!

by DisneyParents on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

The show was GREAT! The stunts were really cool & entertaining! Very much a family oriented show that gets the crowd going. Definitely buy the additional magic pass too for a COURTSIDE view of the players, and for the small additional price it was AWESOME! Gift prices were really reasonable ($5 for large program with spots for signatures, balls for $20-25). You don't need the markers they sell for $5, because the players have their own pens.

    Magic Pass pre Game

by Lewl on 2010-04-11Air Canada Centre - Toronto

The only advantage to purchasing the pre game show tickets is that you get the opportunity to get a few autographs and photos without the huge line ups. The show itself was not worth it but my son was happy with the two autographs and professionally taken photos (for another $20 a piece to purchase). That was worth it to us, may not be for some people.

    Harlem Globetrotters, #1 Entertainment

by Cheer3 on 2010-04-10Barrie Molson Centre - Barrie

I would like to start off saying that watching the Harlem Globetrotters Definetly made my night. It was awesome! You get your love of comedy and love of basketball all in one and the show is great for all ages. I really thought it was great that they took the time to meet everyone and sign autographs. They were really nice and had awesome personalities. I definetly recommended my Family, co-workers, and friends to go see the Globetrotters.

Very talented players but socially unacceptable!

by 23236 on 2010-04-10Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex - Kitchener

I was extremely thrilled about this event and upon arrival I enjoyed the beginning tricks and talent. The Harlem Globetrotters have very talented ball players. Therefore, the talent I would give five stars. However, it's the added entertainment that I give only 2 stars.I believe that "Special K" was slightly over the top... he yelled way too much, was really funny (he just talked loud) and was quite rude, especially when he told one of the volunteer children not to eat dinner (the child did not fit into the jersey he had won). I know Special K was just trying to be funny but the child did not seem too impressed and this is not something that should be reflected as appropriate, especially with so many children in the audience and with bullying at school already being such a big issue. The over all comedy from the other players was more kid friendly; however, I believe the harlem globetrotters should review Special K character.
