We haven't seen a comedian who made us belly laugh in a very long time. Howie and John both hit home with their brand of every day humour. Great fun!
The entire show was great. I had great seats except that they are kind of small and I am not that big of a guy. Unfortunatly you aren't allowed to bring a drink I was so thirsty that was the biggest complaint. Howie and John were very funny I want to go again.
Gotta love Howie! Would see him again in a minute!
Excellent - he was very funny and show was longer then we expected - which was good. The only complaint I have was getting out of Casino Rama parking lot took over 50 MINUTES. They had everyone going out one exit - we were very MAD!!
That was the funnest thing i ever saw Howie cant explain i would go back in a heart beat 2 see Howie Mandel
Howie and John Mendoza were hysterical! Loved the show.... We couldn't stop laughing! Howie - Ben - from your carpet selling days - and I - had a fung-amazing time!!! He sends his regards to your brother and parents! Keep having fun and enjoying life!
Howie was simply magnificient. I would love to see him again. He is truly a superstar. I am still laughing.
It was a great show.. Both Howie and his opening act were wonderful. They kept us laughing all night...Would definitely go see again!!!
Howie Mandel as always kept us rolling with laughter for the whole night. And his choice of John Mendoza for an opening act was right on. All in all, it was an amazing and highly entertaining night, one we'll never forget. Thanks Howie!
I thought with Howie being away from stand up for a while his act might be off. But I was wrong. VERY Funny show, I now know where I got my weird sence of humour from, watching and listening to HOWIE!
Three of us attended the show at Casino Rama. The show itself was amazingly funny. Ribs are still sore from all the laughing. Unfortunately, probably would not attend another function at Casino Rama as the seating is so very, very uncomfortable.
very poor perfomance no good jokes no good line. i am not goin to see him again
The first 10 minutes of the old guy singing the same song over and over was very annoying but the opening act and show was very good. The parking lot trying to get out almost an hour later was just plan stupid....not sure why they were making everyone go out one exit only.
Howie was funny and I like how he improved with the audience, the opening act John Mendoza was so hilarious I couldn't stop laughing!
Saw Howie Mandel last night for the 3rd time in a few years. He is hilarious live... good to see a hometown boy doing so well. The only dpwnfall I have I was hoping since I hadnt seen him in a few years the show would have been different but he had the exact same act. A few little changes when he interacts with the audience, but his act was exactly the same, still hilarious but a bit disappointing. Bottom line if you have never seen him live before make sure to check him out, the evening will be full of laughs, his opening act is also quite funny.. but also has the same act as last 2 times I saw them.
The show was exactly 1 hour 35 minutes. THat included 15 minutes of a "Laurence WElk" type charactor singing the same song on repeat ! (Annoying) Then the opening act came out for 15 minutes. He was reasonable ok. Howie MAndell is so funny! It would have been worth the money except for 2 things. First his act is way too short for what was charged, and second, why do so many annoying people heckle commedians?? He finally told some guy in front of me to "shit the f**k up"! I don't blame him at all for saying that. BUt, for my $90. I was expecting a bit more Howie!
This was an excellent show. Very funny and quite entertaining. The only thing was it could of lasted a little bit longer.
The show was funny but when all said and done $90.00 per ticket (up in the balcony) was too much for one hour of Howie.
The star of television's Deal or No Deal and Howie Do It brought his exciting brand of humour to the National Arts Centre in Ottawa last Friday night. With his boy-like smile and his great ability at storytelling, Howie charmed and entertained everyone in attendance. Unfortunately, and rather surprisingly for Ottawa, the crowd was very raucous and repeatedly interrupted his set. Howie was a true professional and was able to play off the comments being thrown at him, but one wonders how much of his stand-up set was skipped because of the interruptions. Hopefully Howie will return to Ottawa someday and all will have another chance to enjoy a true showman doing what he loves.
