    Unforgettable Performances

by JoeFlipFlop on 2017-04-15MTS Centre - Winnipeg

Wow, this Concert really delivered. The Performances had Everyone off their seats singing along and dancing the whole time! I love how some of the artists incorporated some of the Older hip hop tracks from other Artists. Songs like Motown Philly, Jump Around, Poison, This is how we do it!, etc. It was a sold out event! Thanks for bringing it back for one night of FUN!

    The 90's Misrepresented!

    by Allie57 on 2017-04-15MTS Centre - Winnipeg

This was not the 90's that I remember! Poor sound quality and every song had the same rhythmic beat playing. You could not differentiate between the melodies between each song. Far too much RAP. That's NOT the 90's that I remember.

    Still love the 90's

by FrozenCanuck on 2017-04-06SaskTel Centre - Saskatoon

We relived some old memories and saw some great outfits while stepping back into the 90's. It was great to see that those folks could still get it done. I was really looking forward to seeing Young MC and Rob Base and they didn't disappoint! Salt-n-Pepa were amazing and Color Me Bad could still belt it out. Unfortunately the only let down, and the one I was really pumped up to see, was Vanilla Ice. He did an opening song which was pretty good but then he said let's make this a party and invited whoever felt like it to come up on stage. After that it was pretty much impossible to pick him out in the crowed on stage. Plus I am assuming he prearranged with a couple audience members to dress like masked wrestlers and dance around on stage. He also encouraged them to squirt water from water bottles onto the crowd and then throw the bottles into the crowd. I'd be really surprised if someone didn't get hurt. He did Ice Ice Baby fairly early and then just sang over some Bob Marley tracks. It wasn't long before people started to leave. When we left the place was about 95% empty and he was still rattling on. Very disappointed. We'd still recommend the show though as the rest of the groups were great. They should maybe just consider a different anchor. Sorry Ice Man!!

    90's concert was terrible

by WEBBSHOOTER on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

If I saw these bands in the 90's I would have been super pumped! 2017, not so much. With the exception of Rob Base, this was a complete waste of time.

I love love love the "I Love the 90's Tour"

by LouieRocks on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

Was kinda sad how quickly the first 3 bands ripped through.... but I am happy they only played their hits from the 90's and not new stuff.... and I guess if that's all you got. Then so be it. Salt N Pepa was AWESOME!!!! (and those dancers... me-ow). Vanilla Ice - bit of a let down. But when you only have 1 hit.... guess you gotta fill time some how. (They so should not have been closing band) Loved how the fans got into it with their costumes!!!

    Too much filler

by Anonymous on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

Not enough singing and too much trying to get the crowd to sing along. I came to hear my favorites from the 90s not the crowd.. not to mention like 3 songs from each... it could have been an hour show not a 3 hour show

    Not worth the ticket

by CB123SK on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

The three opening acts were good. Salt n' Peppa disappointing. So many people brought on stage with Vanilla Ice you couldn't see him perform - maybe that was intentional!

    Giant Dance Party

by Kiwi03 on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

The artists we saw on this 90s tour were Young MC, Color me Badd, Rob Base, Salt n Pepa and Vanilla Ice. All of them were very entertaining! Rob Base probably surprised me the most... very old school hip hop and so good! I was a bit surprised that Vanilla Ice closed the show instead of Salt n Pepa but both were excellent. The end of the show was a bit confusing as Vanilla Ice seemed to be randomly just singing songs while he had everyone dancing on stage and it wasn't clear whether the concert was over or not. At times it was hard to see where he was as well because there were so many people dancing on stage. It did feel like a giant 90s party though with everyone in the aisles having a great time dancing to the music!! A great evening out for sure.

    Very disappointing

by Jstein on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

I expected the show to be fun and a bit silly, given the performers, but didn't expect it to be this bad. When I go to a performance, I expect musicians to perform. This was essentially a karaoke show with DJs playing other people's music in between. I don't get the point of Salt and Pepa walking around the stage while a DJ played Guns and Roses music. This event seemed like it needed to be held in a bar with a $10 cover charge.

    A Night if Entertainment

by Santo1965 on 2017-04-04Brandt Centre - Evraz Place - Regina

The show was lots of fun. Even the preshow was entertaining. Only disappointment was Color Me Bad. The voice was not kept up. All the others sound amazing. Well worth the money.
