    Highly recommend this tour!

by WPGOLPFAN on 2018-04-26Club Regent Event Centre - Winnipeg

Thanks guys for a great evening. So nice to see bands who play their old songs with the same passion as when they were new. Finger Eleven were incredible they played for one hour and opened the show. Please note that Edwin is the vocalist for IME on this tour. I did not know that until he walked on stage. The picture that Ticketmaster uses for IME shows Bryan as the singer for the band.

    Finger 11 was unbelievable!

by Meisha on 2018-04-16Casino Rama Resort - Rama

Finger 11 was incredible! I had no idea they were that good live. I was there for I Mother Earth and was greatly disappointed. We left early. The sound was horrible not the band themselves. Edwin sang well but I don’t know if it was the acoustics in the concert hall but all his music blended and sounded the same. We found the same thing happened when Judas Priest two weeks ago.

    Needed more welknown songs

by Concertgoer69 on 2018-04-16Casino Rama Resort - Rama

I somewhat enjoyed the show but would have liked to hear more known titles and maybe introductions of band members, some of the sound during finger 11’s show was off kilter, enjoyed the length of show

    Up close and personal

by CdnChrissy on 2018-04-16Casino Rama Resort - Rama

I love finger eleven and I mother Earth. These bands compliment each other so we'll. The venue was small and didn't allow for standing which made the event personal like we were watching these bands jam and have fun. They really enjoyed themselves and I loved it. The only way it would have been better was if the venue allowed us to get up.

I Mother Earth back at it

by moosepeg on 2016-10-09Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

I Mother Earth put on a good show in Winnipeg on October 6, 2016. The band, fronted by original singer Edwin, played Scenery & Fish in its entirety. The band took a encore break after playing the entire album, and then played 3 songs off Dig (Levitate, Not Quite Sonic & Rain Will Fall). The sound at the beginning of the concert was a bit off, but got better as the night went on. The stage setup was extremely basic with some fake speakers setup behind the band that looked more like cardboard cut outs. The light show was ok, but fairly basic as well.

saw them in St Catharines and it was amazing. Seems like they are back with Edwin time to update this picture and put his beautiful face up there lol.

This show had everything & more!

by BikerBabeAmes on 2015-06-01The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

This was an unforgettable night! IME started with an acoustic set, then continued into an interview with the Grand Pooba of music, Allen Cross. Then finished with a long electric set. All in all, the show was 4.5 to 5 hours long! And they rocked every minute of it! True, they did not perform with former frontman Edwin, but this guy is just as good. The acoustic set was, for me, the highlight of the night.

    I Mother Earth underrated!

    by joeb44 on 2013-05-05The Marquee - Oshawa

Wow! What can I say? Another incredible performance by a truly underrated band. They satisfied every fan there. Nice long set list mixed with their popular singles and delved deep into their catalogue. The only thing that was disappointing was the venue. Couldn't always here the back vocals

    Glad they're back

by TaraG on 2013-04-28The Marquee - Oshawa

It was so great to relive some of my university days, standing all in a dimly lit club, listening to live rock all night! The founding four guys of IME were tight and their new singer was a great addition. They started off with a bang, but the middle of the THREE HOUR set dragged when they brought out a lot of their new stuff with too much jamming and solo work. This show would have rocked if they could have limited it to two hours. Sometimes less is more! Thanks IME - I'm glad to see you back out on the road! Put together a tighter set and I'll be back!

    IME was Great!

by JDogg on 2013-04-28London Concert Theatre - London

great show! my only disappointment was that they played most of the songs from the acoustic set again in the electric set. Would have preferred to hear a few more different songs, rather than the same ones twice. Would have been great if they had thrown in Juicy and Used to be Alright...

by greendragon on 2012-11-07Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

it's like they never left! The band was tight and Brian's vocals were stellar. This is how live bands should sound.

    Amazing IME Show!

by Rubbershoe on 2012-04-03Sound Academy - Toronto

I've always loved their music, but never had a chance to see them live when they were together before in the 1990's and early 2000's. I was so excited when they annouced they were getting back together to put on a show, but also wondered if their live performance would live up to my expectations....needless to say, they far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to see them play again soon. The show was much longer than anything else I've seen in recent years AND they still played 2 long encores!

I Mother Earth – Like wine…better with age!

by Anonimo on 2012-03-29Sound Academy - Toronto

There were three opening acts. Dinosaur Bones was absolutely great but the two other bands we’re oddly complete contrasting in terms of music style compared to IME which made it difficult to get through as I did not enjoy it at all. After almost 3 hrs of opening acts IME finally started at 11:30pm! By that time some of the crowd was excessively drunk and aggressive. Very disappointed that we had to leave after about 5 or 6 songs from IME as it was already 1AM and with work the next morning did not really have a choice. It was however truly impressive to see that I Mother Earth has not lost their touch after so many years! Saw them and met them back in Montreal well over 10 years ago and it seems they’ve almost even gotten better! Definitely worth it to see an IME show if you get a chance…the energy is guaranteed! Giving 3 stars only because the opening acts were way too long...otherwise they would get 5 stars!

    IMEnation

by RocknRobertson on 2012-03-28Sound Academy - Toronto

I dont normally waste my time reviewing things but Friday and Thursday nights shows were beyond my imagination. After an 8 year hiatus the Mothers got back on stage and rocked our socks off. They played massive set lists full of old classics and a brand new track called "We Got the Love" Even though the track was brand new and not yet available for download the crowd was singing along. In fact we sang along to every single song. So glad to see that kind of support for one of Canadas greatest bands of all time...they never got the credit they deserved before...here's hoping that changes now.

    IME... need i say more?

by Caleman on 2012-03-27Sound Academy - Toronto

Absolutly incredible. I saw their last show 8 years ago and they haven't missed a step in getting back together. Once again i was blown away with excellent sound, incedible presence and the talent of musical gods. There is no reason for anyone to ever miss IME when they are playing a show near you. More then worth the reasonablly priced tickets.
