    Ian Tyson still a showman

    My husband and I attended the Ian Tyson concert on the Horizon Stage on Sunday Jan 10. I have always loved Ian Tyson's music and just never got to a concert before. I told my husband that we have to go - Ian is now over 75 and probably won't tour much more. His voice is not what it used to be but ours won't be either when we are 76. We both really enjoyed the man, the stories, and the music. Even got his autograph!

    One of our best evenings. Will definitely be looking forward to seeing Mr. Tyson again. His humour added to the evening.

    Cowboy legend

    Good story teller and entertainer, but unfortunately he has lost his singing voice and he is unable to sing, even sometimes difficult to make out wht he was singing...a bit disappointing.

    An evening with an old friend

    My husband and I have enjoyed many live performances by Ian Tyson and enjoy his albums on long road trips. While he is aging, aren't we all, his performance is still very enjoyable, his person iconic and his music legendary.
