The concert was amazing!! Ice Cube was great!! Would have been nice to see more merch stands as the line ups were insane and I didn’t get a chance to get anything. Other than that the venue was clean and fantastic.
I recently attended the Ice Cube concert at the Abbotsford Center and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Ice Cube, despite being 54 years old, delivered a great performance. His energy on stage was impressive, and he entertained the audience throughout the show. The DJ who opened the concert also deserves recognition for their excellent job of keeping the crowd entertained and excited. Their music selection set the right atmosphere for the evening and got everyone in the mood for Ice Cube's performance. However, there were a few aspects of the concert that I did not enjoy. One of them was the excessive smoking of marijuana in the crowd. While I understand that this may be acceptable for some, it was an all-age show, and there were a lot of kids present. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable for those who were not expecting such a strong presence of marijuana. Additionally, the smoking of cigarettes was also a downside. The strong smell lingered on me even after the show, leaving me feeling like I had been in a bar. It would have been better if there were designated smoking areas to minimize the impact on non-smokers. Furthermore, I felt that the show lacked excitement and creativity. The only prop they had was a blowup hand, which was rather underwhelming. Considering that it was the first concert for my daughter and nephews, I had hoped for a more visually captivating and engaging experience. Some additional effort in this aspect would have made the show more memorable. Despite these shortcomings, Ice Cube and his team did a commendable job with their performance. However, I do believe that they could put a little more effort into entertaining the crowd and engaging with the audience. This would have elevated the overall experience and made it a truly exceptional show. In conclusion, the Ice Cube concert at the Abbotsford Center was enjoyable, with Ice Cube and the DJ delivering great performances. However, improvements could be made in terms of managing smoking, adding excitement to the show, and engaging with the audience. With a bit more effort, it could have been a truly remarkable concert experience.
So for everyone complaining how Ice only did a hour, it's the promoter. Everyone complained about only a hour that's because you saw him at a casino. Casinos are never full shows. Cube started his tour today in BC Canada at a real stadium. DJ played all the classic rap songs from 730-845, then Cube came out and killed it 9-11pm. No half ass songs.... Don't go to casino concerts. I paid $120 Canadian for a 3.5 hour Show.....that's only like what??? $50 USA lol!!! Don't hate cube hate promoter. They want you to gamble not enjoy a concert over 3 hours.

Waited to see this guy since NWA DAYS, Now I learned from #Prince to never have expectations for a concert, however #Ice Cube doesn't have as many song nor recorded as #Prince, I expect he wouldn't have been a "politically correct rapper for his sings, didn't even rap FULL SONGS, and was a rush to get off stage... my son was just as disappointed in the lack of songs he did.... this was my son's 1st "RAP"CONCERT.. NOW thankfully #SnoopDog,#Wiz came to Toronto, and TURNED THAT SHIT OUT!!!!! THEY DID GET ON #PRINCE LEVELS!!!!! I couldn't move for 2 weeks, danced so much!!!!

Honestly, Ice Cube killed it, on stage, for an hour! Then what happened? The fucking show ended! No Encore, just bam-Goodbye! Shortest concert I have ever been to in my life! I waited 3 years for an hour! It just seemed disappointing. Days after the show, I would catch myself shaking my head and say, "Woww, I waited 3 years for an hour!" Seriously though, I'm just upset because I wanted MORE Ice Cube! For being in his 50's, not touring due to Covid and becoming that family man in the movies, he's still got it on stage!
It was everything and more! The atmosphere was amazing and Ice Cube was so engaging with the crowd! 12/10 would definitely go see him again. The tickets were also very affordable. He performed songs from back when he was younger and newer songs as well so it’s was great for everyone.
Cube and Dub C were awesome but the show was really short. Maybe an hour. For the price of tickets it should have been longer. Also was hoping for more Westside Connection songs.
Cube was incredible. He was even better than we expected and 100% worth the wait. We hope you bring him back again. After all, he started the Gangster S*&T. 50 years of Hip Hop!

Ice cube is onr of the original gangster rappers and didnt fail to deliver the smoke. He played a good mix of newer material and delivered his old classics that put him where he is today. Sounded great live and kept the audience engaged at all times. Hes definitely top 10 all time
Looks like you have room for more bars though. Those line ups make you miss some of the concert. Maybe even beer hawkers. You will make more money. Also putting people Wheelchairs in the last row on the floor is a terrible move. Floor people stand up all concert. How is a person in a wheelchair suppose to see anything. Like any other venue, wheelchairs should have a section on the side where people standing are not in the way. My star rating would be a 5 if not for the wheelchair over look.
