Iliza is still great
by Bosty on 2022-09-21Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - CalgaryA solid 1 hour for Iliza with a nice variation of LOL moments and sarcastic pokes at the women rights in US. A show that is definitely a must see.

She is awesome. Now, I just wish I had spent more to be closer to the stage because there were no screens. She was hilarious. but being in first balcony, couldn't really see her facial expressions. That adds the little extra to her show. So if you go see her, make sure you get seats close to the stage, unless she has screens. Overall, I will go see her everytime she comes to my city. Plus, she always has a message, which is a really nice. So often, today's comedians get lost in telling jokes that they lack substance. Not Iliza. She is worth seeing.
Awesome! In the true sense of the word – full of awe. Iliza's energy on stage along with the delivery of her finely-tuned set made for the ultimate comedy show experience! Iliza for president!
What an incredible show! I laughed so much I cried at some parts and even the opening act was amazing. Over all great experience.
I enjoyed the show and thank you Iliza for coming out! We were very excited to come and see you. It was our anniversary and the timing couldn't have been better. I found it entertaining, but more political than I want to hear from any entertainer. And I hold the same views as Iliza! I agreed with her and so did my wife. Iliza brought up her feelings on abortion a one too many times for a comedy show. One time, okay, but three times is too many. I could feel the Hollywood condescension for others who were different than her. For ones who didn't think or believe in the same things she did. I found this disappointing.
She was hilarious! Best comedy show ever! She did not disappoint!
Iliza was hilarious. I almost pissed me pants. She was so funny from the beginning to the end. I’m glad I was part of her show. Money well spent.
Such a great show! Waited 3 years for Iliza and was not disappointed in the least. So funny and relatable
I am sure hoping this is going to be part of the new special, because there were some lines (which I am sure were wonderful) that I didn't catch due to ambiance and crowd noise. She is so funny, so real, and so of the moment. Wonderful.
Had an amazing experience all around. The venue was perfect, classy and comfortable with a great view of the stage from every seat. Iliza was fabulous and her opening act was also excellent. I laughed and cried a bit, awesome night and I would go again without hesitation.
Even better live! She’s so funny and to top it off her opening act was fantastic!
The show was so good, the opening act was the perfect way to start the show for the headliner awesome venue but the seats were small and hard on the bum
The jokes kept rolling, and kept you laughing with the observational humor of not only Iliza from her own experiences but also from the opening comic on his trials and tribulations of being a new father. The show was just crass enough without being turned into blue humor.
Iliza was great but there were so many people in the audience getting up and down during the 1.5 hour show. Not sure why people can't just sit and enjoy a show. If you don't want to watch don't come.
As anticipated, this show just what I needed. A belly laugh that lasted for an hour.
QE theater is such a beautiful venue and I love that there are bars and bathrooms on each floor. That being said, it was 15 mins before the show was about to start and only 1 of the stalls had any toilet paper left! Went back after the show and found a different stall with toilet paper but please add extra on top of the dispensers for the many ladies who had to grab small about of paper towel before heading into the stalls. Also, bars closed quite early on after the show started. Not sure if this is standard practice but was a bit disappointing and maybe there were signs that warned us but didn't see any. Overall, still love the venue!! Iliza was hilarious and did not disappoint!
I love Eliza, and was so excited to finally get to see her live show! And she did not disappoint!! Lots of laughs and memories seeing the show with my bestie. Venue was great, only critique was the seating. The venue seats feel extremely crunched together and I felt as if i was sitting on the lap of the person beside me and could easily have hit the person in front of me with my knees had I moved the wrong way.
We haven’t laughed so hard in years!! Iliza is extremely funny and refreshing. It’s amazing that she can talk about a bra for so long and keep the audience in stitches. I would recommend her to everyone older than 16.
The show was pretty good. Not as energized as her Netflix specials. Great humor lightly laced with politics I can relate to.
We laughed the whole time. The show was awesome!!!!!
