I showed up just on time, they were flashing the lights on and off to let everybody know the show was about to start. I found a seat in the back row, as the theatre was full. I turned off my phone and was blessed with an hour and a half of great comedy. Laughs from beginning to end. Thanks so much to Janelle for creating “got land “ comedy
Got Land has helped me understand Indigenous history through comedy and for that I am grateful, thank you to the panel that performed and to the host that kept things going smoothly! I highly recommend seeing this show if you get a chance to attend.

Kisaageetin, I love you - Je t’aime! This homage to Tomson, who turned 70 in cold December, is fêted during this July heat wave with an emotionally powerful rendition of his works by an array of talented artists and our mutual grandkids … so this is a biased, but heartfelt, review
It goes without saying we are proud to see an théâtre autochtone open in Ottawa. Thanks for all your efforts to make it happen. The title for the event lead us to believe Thomson Highway would be performing or speaking about his work and life. We did not understand it was a birthday event. Next time be sure to use clear wording in the title. We did enjoy the music and performances but were disappointed that we were not seeing and hearing the author himself.
Excellent must see dance experience! Raising awareness of our colonial past and the wrongs perpetrated by our government and the church. Humbling experience.
Hello - I went to see the Mush Hole - It was not what I expected - I thought it was going to be more of a play with words not all dance - It was very well done, I enjoyed it but was very different then what I expected the show to be - Congratulations to the Cast and crew and a amazing show
